    I saw these trucks coming on Friday at the light by the Turkey Hill gas station by the Mack plant, then I got pictures of them Saturday.

    I'd say 77' because of the R-600 emblem and the old style marker lights on top of the cab. 77' was the last year of that stuff 78' they went to the crappy plastic marker lights and no emblem on the cab.

    I looked at my other pictures and it has a turbo. So it's a supped up E7 prototype made by Mack?

    When I saw this at the museum, I was amazed. This truck is immaculate. When I looked at the motor, I see valve covers like a V8 would have, but it looks like a 6 cylinder? It confused me. Then I see on the hood Maxidyne 650. What's the scoop on this motor and truck? Specs? I have never heard of or seen a 650 Maxidyne so was it a prototype? It's obviously rare.
