  1. Don't misinterprete the phrase as I do hope you come out alright with a sale of this grille. As the owner, only you can make the decision as to what amount it will actually sell for. If you can locate someone that just has to have the exact item, you will come out alright if not better than your current asking price. If not, the item will either not sell and you will continue to hold it, or the price will be reduced to a level more palatable to a prospective end user. Basic business concepts in action. Again I wish you luck in your sale. Attempting to help you is the sole reason of reposting the link back to your original listing. Rob
  2. Hi Jim, I've been using glass, perimeter seals, glass runs, mats, trim items, mounting bisquits for the engines and transmissions, and battery boxes on R models mostly. My trucks are hobby use and are not being resold.Send me a PM and we can talk further. Rob
  3. If it is the 25,000 BTU heater I'd like to have it Jim. I've been purchasing quite a bit of PAI parts lately; is there any chance you can get some parts discounts to use for our restorations? Rob
  4. As it neither compromises, or berates the website, I'll allow it. Fair ehh? Rob
  5. Been dealing with that for many years. My primary radar site has been at this location prior to the dawn of television in the american homes, and people bitched about the interference with their reception for years until cable, and specific filters were incorporated. Rob
  6. The shops had about a 50% rejection rate on hood orders during that timeframe.Rob
  7. I think it was into the mid 1981 model year they went to the chassis mounted charge air cooler. Rob
  8. He looks hot; as in "flamer".Rob
  9. A "Unishft" transmission is a Mack Duplex transmission that is air shifted in the compound. It only has a single gearshift selector and a "flipper" handle that is moved from the low to high side. When the flipper is moved, and the clutch pedal fully depressed, a switch opens allowing air to pass to a cylinder that shifts the compound, or auxilary section of the transmission. They worked well if maintained proper but a lot of them exploded from lack of maintenance and getting hung up between gears when power was applied. This could split the rear case. A lot of times the "Unishft" was replaced with a two stick duplex. The same transmission behind a diesel was called "Unishift", and behind a gas engine was called a "MonoShift", from what I've seen. 11. I don't mean to sound naive but I really don't follow racing and do not know either the car, or driver. This is what you refer to as the "Rainbow Warrior"? Rob

She was very pretty as a young girl, (still is) and I remember her well during her popularity on the "Donny & Marie" show, and her hit song "Paper Roses". She has been married several times and has many kids although I don't know the actual number but it's a lot from the tabloids.......... Rob
  13. It is pronounced on both sides of the engine so it prolly is not a good thing........ That oil discharge is at the cooler prior to lubricating the engine as its right off the oil pump. The noise sounds like starviation to me. Rob
  14. Looks like a fresh reman injection pump. Strange sound with the "rapping" noise. Don't know if exhaust manifold leak or what but doesn't sound normal. Rob
  15. Rainbow Warrior? Sounds like a gay man with a mohawk haircut and big earrings? I don't follow racing at all but is that a competitor? Never heard of it. Rob

I understand she has shed a couple tons and is still out looking for another surrogate father to her like 17 kids........Rob
  17. No I'm not buying it. I'm afraid if I purchase something else without finishing something round here first, problems might start at home and I don't want to disturb this lap of luxury I live in...... Rob
  18. Try advancing the timing a slight bit. Has the pump been off the engine? Do you know the timing is correct? Have you pulled any load with the truck? Rob
  19. I would get a second mount on it. The high frequency vibration will eventually fracture the single mounting.Rob
  20. Mount the latching point 4-6 inches forward of the centerline of the rear drive axle. Rob

  22. The Muslims are not happy! They're not happy in Gaza. They're not happy in Egypt. They're not happy in Libya. They're not happy in Morocco. They're not happy in Iran. They're not happy in Iraq. They're not happy in Yemen. They're not happy in Afghanistan. They're not happy in Pakistan. They're not happy in Syria. They're not happy in Lebanon. So, where are they happy? They're happy in Australia. They're happy in England. They're happy in France. They're happy in Italy. They're happy in Germany. They're happy in Sweden. They're happy in the USA. They're happy in Norway. They're happy in every country that is not Muslim. And who do they blame? Not Islam. Not their leadership. Not themselves. THEY BLAME THE COUNTRIES THEY ARE HAPPY IN!AND THEY WANT TO CHANGE THEM TO BE LIKE THE COUNTRY THEY CAME FROM WHERE THEY WERE UNHAPPY. Excuse me, but how dumb can you get?
  23. Hey there, the price from Mack was almost $80.00, and PAI part supplied through the Fleetpride was $67.00. Both would have UPS charges on them also. Since Fleetpride took over my favorite truck parts supplier the middle of last year the prices on everything just seem to go higher and higher although the same supplier. They have lost several of their long time customer base since the acquisition. I'm starting to look for a different vendor also as their personal flexibility has been lost. Rob
  24. I have two of those Rotary Lifts; one symetrical, one asymetrical. I bought the adapters new with them about 10 years ago. I've seen a couple sets listed on ebay a few times through the years quite a bit cheaper than purchasing new. They are quite necessary for lifting a lot of newer pickup trucks. Rob
  25. Oh I still got em. They are just "detached staff" as we say at work. Rob
