  1. The original poster had not been in since 2016. How much are you asking for the bell and bracket?
  2. Welcome to the forum. It looks pretty nice. Definitely a good save. What is the serial number? How much are you asking for it? I'm in PA so probably won't be buying it but everyone else wants to know too. Mike.
  3. I got notice about my trucks that were outside. Licensed trucks can be outside in my municipality but not non-licensed. Maybe they will be ok with a fence. Go to talk to them. See if they will work with you. Mike.
  4. Welcome to the forum. Brocky is overstating my demeanor and ability. We do have 3 running 707's though. We are in Boyertown. Where are you at? Mike
  5. https://www.macktruckshistoricalmuseum.org/
  6. Thanks for the comments. The cab is solid since it is aluminum. I just plan to compound and wax it. You can see where I have compounded it some. It's not perfect but I'm too cheap to have it painted. The truck has mirror brackets on the door and the cab. Doug Maney says the cab mounted brackets might have been a dealer installed upgrade. I'm surprised they did not remove the brackets on the door. I have a couple parts B models so I hope those spring hangers fit. We have aluminum fuel tanks from an RL that we are going to put on. It had steel tanks that I will give to anyone who wants them. It is crazy how much stuff I need for it now that I am actually making a list. I would much rather buy a running truck. Mike.
  7. I got this G73LT in 2015. Ray hauled it down from New England for me. I am finally getting around to working on it. The Cummins was bad and the previous owner scrapped it. I found a 220 Cummins for it and am going to have it put in. I have been stripping things off the chassis, getting it ready to be blasted and painted before it is out back together. All four of the rear aluminum spring hangers are cracked. Does anyone know it steel hangers bolt right on? I am also looking for some parts. I could use a new cab lock. I need the exhaust and air cleaner setup that is specific to a G mode. I might have found a battery box, but am not certain. I need a headliner but doubt I will find it. Thanks. Mike.
  8. We can't get my H613 to hold air in the starter tank unless be drain the brake tank. What are your plans for that H67? Mike.
  9. I plan to be there. Probably will drive a GMC and not a Mack.
  10. I think I saw this truck for sale somewhere on the net.
  11. There is a tandem axle H67 for sale in Boyertown Pa for $2500. It is pretty rusty and hasn't run in an unknown time. I can get you the number if you want. Mike
  12. Thanks. I'm too cheap to have something shipped that far.
  13. Thanks for the info. I'll be at the Mack Museum on Thursday. I'll see if I can find out more. Is there a possibility it is for sale? It is to far away from me evetif it is. Mike.
  14. Pretty neat stuff. The first three GAZ look like Studebaker cabs. I had read an article about their use in Russia. The second ZIS has K model IH sheet metal and cab. I am not sure about the fenders. They don't look right. The too ladder trucks look like they have German Magirus ladders. Only a few dozen of them were imported to the US. The last picture looks like it is a US car chassis like a Lincoln converted into a chemical truck. Thanks for posting them. Mike
  15. I believe they were made with soft tops and the cabs were put on when they were in civilian service. They were custom made.
  16. I saw this truck along the road in Great Barrington Mass in 1999. I was with a bunch of non-truck people so this is the best photo I could get.
  17. I've never seen a fire truck like that. I think it is an LMU. Did you get the serial number? That Kenworth would be great to have. Where are they? Mik.
  18. Neat save. What Steve S above neglected to say is that he has an H63. I'm sure he will be a great reference for you if you keep posting on here. Where are you located and are you a member of ATCA? Mike
  19. How about the hat? https://m.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Bruckners-Mack-Dealership-Mesh-Trucker-Snapback-Tan-Khaki-Patch-Hat-USA/152924901956?hash=item239b08d244:g:SngAAOSw00talb2t:sc:USPSFirstClass!19518!US!-1
  20. Great truck. It is in Erv Bickford's museum in Maine.
  21. Nice truck. What is the serial number for the truck. From that we can tell you why the original engine was.
  22. It's on the B model Mack Facebook page. No number posted. It's still listed. He also had two integral sleeper B models in worse shape.
  23. I'd like to buy this but since I am not going to maybe you want it. Seems like a good deal for $6000. In TN. Mike.
  24. I think the last time my LFT was washed was in the 80's. If I wash I would have to wax it and keep it clean. The tanker looks great. I wish I could do work like that. Mike.
