  1. Not earning it's keep but this is along the road close to me. I assume it is for sale but there is no information. It is pretty rough.
  2. Please put me on the waiting list. How far down am I? Mike.
  3. Wow. That sucks. Glad you pulled it off. Hope I am never in the same situation.
  4. Neat. You haven't talked him out of it yet?
  5. The radiator I the superpumper f model is out of a former ralph g smith truck. I lent it to andy Leider several months ago so they could get it running. Wish I could go.
  6. Pretty neat. Any pictures of them hanging?
  7. Wow! It is hard to say congratulations but you know what is best for you. Glad it got a good home. So what is the next project?
  8. No. It is nice young woman. I met her yesterday.
  9. I am the ATCA representative to the Mack Museum advisory board and was there today for a meeting. Afterward Doug Maney gave me a tour of the archives and did a demo of the build records. I asked him to use RL763LST1689. It came off the line on 5/5/67 and was sold to Pacific Transport by Idaho Truck Sales Company. I took a picture of the microfiche but it won't let me post it. Hope this helps. Mike.
  10. This I knew but forgot.
  11. I learn something every day.
  12. Neat truck. The small MACK letters on the hood shows it was made in the early 70's or earlier but with a serial number of 1689 I can't imagine it was built in '66 or '67. It was the 689th RL 763 so not even an early RL763. Still a neat truck though. Mike.
  13. You need Ron Smith to give some input. His family's company had an H60, 6 H61's and 3 H613's. They had a nickname for the H60. They also had several H67's. Mike
  14. I am told there are more to come. Mike.
  15. Pretty neat. What are the specs?
  16. Sounds interesting. I sent you a private message with my number. You can send me the pictures and I'll post them. Mike.
  17. That BX has been one of my favorite trucks since I first saw it. I only have pictures of it on film. Tom sold most of his stuff a bunch of years ago and moved to Florida. He has at least one truck because I have seen pictures of an AC belonging to him at shows in FL. His GMC from Proctor was also sold to Iowa 80. Gary Mahan ended up with some of his parts and trucks. I have parts of a B85 fire truck that went from Tom to Gary to someone else to me. My parents bought all those videos back in the 90's. We could get them redone if there is real interest. Maybe Doug Maney would know more about them. Mike
  18. I've gone the past several years but this year we went to the International show in Muncy. Didn't like missing Pump Primers but wanted to check out the IH show. Thanks for the pictures. Mike.
  19. Another possibility is that someone made it into a tractor and while it is still titled and registered as a B85F the owner isn't interested in the fire history. I have seen many B model tractors at shows with B85 emblems on the hood. Hopefully not but this would have been a prime candidate with the coupe cab. Good luck. Mike.
  20. I once bought a pick-up for the engine and the tires, but it ran so good that I kept it as a farm truck. Then I still needed an engine and tires. Sounds like you will be in the same situation with this one. Good to see Mikey's Superliner getting worked on.
  21. Jrfrayer couldn't figure out how to post pictures so he sent them to me. The cabs are in Ohio.
  22. Send me pictures and I'll post them. 610 764 8283. Yarnallvmd@hotmail.com. Thanks.
  23. We would all like pictures, please.
