  1. No pre-registration. Everyone registers as they drive in. We'll be bringing a few Macks too. Depends how many drivers we have.
  2. The price is too high for me but I am really cheap. Maybe it is just what someone is looking for.
  3. If you pick "enter as guest" it should work. Joining ATCA isn't a bad idea though. The text is below. Posted on Friday, September 18, 2015 - 6:23 pm: trying to sell a nice old 1948 REO Speed Wagon truck was bought new in 1948, and garage kept since day one, was a friends fathers truck, when his father died in 1967, the truck was never used again and sat in the garage until July of this year when the garage was lost in an estate closing truck has just 28485 mile's on it, a clean title, Its NOW outside, as don't have room indoors any where for it all body parts are there, almost NO dents in body, front bumper has a some, has two extra NEW front tires, and an extra rear wheel, and NO idea why, an extra glove box door? I am asking $6000.00 for it its located in Deleno PA, 18220 I can email more pictures iof asked, but its a solid truck in great shape for its yrs, I DOUBT you will find an all original like it again in this condition!
  4. This truck is listed on the ATCA web site. It looks like a nice truck even though it is not a Mack. http://www.antiquetruckclub.org/discussion.html
  5. I don't think it will fit on the R rollback but I bet it will make a trip to Iowa.
  6. Try Paul Romano up in Mass. He is on here on occasion. He did not have any last I spoke to him, but maybe he does now. Mike
  7. I think you pick the edit post option and it will let you change it to sold. It is not hard, I just forget how.
  8. If there are extra wooden ladders I am interested. I'm cheap though. Mike
  9. http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/gallery/image/14976-1959-b85fmagirus/ They made 4 B85's for Chicago that look like this.
  10. I don't know of any besides Gerhart's and he doesn't sell parts. He will sell whole trucks though. What are you looking for?
  11. It would be a shame to hot-rod it, but it's your truck. I paid $6000 for my 405A. It is the second of 68 made. It is a very nice truck. It did need brake work and a bell, but otherwise it was a nice original truck with original gold leaf. It will be hard to get $15000 out of yours. Good luck. Mike http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/gallery/image/9717-1951-mack-405a-1002/
  12. Here is the cabover row. The guy with potato roll truck left early. The guy with the orange truck didn't even come but he got to have his truck parked inside out of the rain. I really liked this truck. It is a DM 866 if I remember correctly. I also likes this Superliner. Near mural on the wind deflector. Mike

It is a very sad day. A friend died when tower one fell. He had a two year old son and other son who was born on September 5, 2001. My heart goes out to the families of all the victims. Mike.
  14. Nice combo. My father drove a Crackerbox for a few years. He hated the thing and the Detroit that powered it. I love them and want one. He thinks I'm crazy. He found the one Cliff Hicklen restored. I was at his house when he called Cliff about it. I was really mad that he didn't tell me first. Mike.
  15. Can you bring it to Mack Day or Trucktoberfest?
  16. Welcome to the forum. That is a neat truck. You probably already know they only made A models for 4 years. They only built 44 45A's according to Harvey Eckart's book. Your truck is very rare. It would be a shame to remove the fire body. As for the brakes, it depends when they were done, they could have gone bad already. I have a 405A that I did the whole brake system 9 years ago and it doesn't work right now again. Good luck. Mike
  17. Welcome to the forum. It sounds like you have some neat stuff. Let's see some pictures. Mike.
  18. Pretty neat stuff. The R doesn't look as big in the picture as they do in person. Tom Spencer had on all done up. It was the first tractor I ever saw with the pony motor start. The other engines look big in the pictures. They must really be big in person.
  19. My parents will be there as usual. I will be home taking care of their pets.
  20. Of course we want to know more.
  21. As had the president before him.
  22. Will royalties really have to be paid to GMC? The park is already named Denali and there are a lot of businesses around the park with the Denali name on them. On would think that GMC would not be able to enforce that. Kind of like trademarking the word Pennsylvania and then not letting anyone else use the name again. Mike
  23. A lot of places on this continent had names before all of us immigrants came and changed them. It seems right for the people who lived somewhere the longest to get to name it, not some random people that annexed the territory a few decades ago.
  24. She's a hotty. Probably aged more gracefully than your other girlfriends from that time period. Glad to hear you are back together.
  25. I'll be out of town. Someone buy me something.
