I am told this truck came with electric lights even though it didn't come with a generator. I wouldn't mind seeing a picture anyway if it isn't too much trouble. Thanks. Mike -

That is beautiful. It looks like the leap of faith has worked out well. I was only on the North Island when I was over in 2010. Were you backpacking or car camping? Plenty of sheep to keep you occupied. Glad it's not soon winter here. I am ready for truckshow season. Mike

My CF719 might have been at that fire. Both Bedford and New Baltimore were there and it was in one of them at the time. Mike.

Maint1, I saw you roll in. It was a good looking fleet. Larry, I saw you headed towards the fairgrounds when I was headed home. Never saw the truck before but looked just like the pictures. We will be back in the morning with a couple more trucks. Hopefully it doesn't rains as hard tomorrow as it did today. Mike

Thanks for the replies. The picture of the patched holes was on its side like a U model. I turned it rubber side down now. I don't know about cab lengths. I'll check the book and I can measure mine. My AC doesn't have a cab. My hood doesn't fit right. Did they change the hood and cowl design when they changed the radiator? Jetter: Do you have parts for sale? I don't want to buy a whole truck. Those headlights are not the same as mine, but maybe they would fit. Mike

I don't have the information from the Mack Museum. The previous owner had gotten it, but could not find it when I picked up the truck. I guess I will have to request it. I assume he confirmed the year with the information from the Museum, but I do not know. The truck could have been pieced together or had pieces replaced in the last 93 years, but the serial number on the frame matches the plate. I guess I need to search for adlake electric headlights. I will also measure them and post the size. Thanks, Mike

The hand is taken from ebay. The guy wanted $550 for the plaque. I should have bought the one for $120 earlier in the year, but I didn't know I would need one then.
