  1. It left on a low boy. The tractor said A to Z towing on it. It does look original. I have not spoken to them. Mike
  2. That was fun to watch. Thanks for posting it. Mike
  3. I'll have to stop there when I visit the mother-in-law in Stockholm. This Mack has a Scania in it. I'm sure someone will know the model number. Mike http://www.ebay.com/itm/261322522071?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_44wt_1399
  4. Any idea what the chevy cab over has for power? Not a 427 or it would have the V on the grill. Mike
  5. That is a great collection. The picture you mentioned an H model cab is an Autocar cab on the left and L model IH on the right. Please post the other pictures. Mike
  6. Keep the pictures coming. I'd hang that door on the wall as a souvenir and get one without rust to replace it. It would make a great decoration. Good luck. Mike
  7. Welcome to the forum. Lets see some more pictures. Mike
  8. How about this one? Yours looks great. Mike http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/topic/33254-1993-superliner-for-sale/
  9. Congratulations on being reunited with an old friend. It looks to be very complete. My father has a bunch of old Economies. I mow my grass with a 1994 Economy 1620. Welcome to the forum. Mike
  10. I just found out that the narrowing of the cab was done at Boyertown Body in the town where I live. I like the truck even more now. It is not in great shape though. It could use new fenders. Mike
  11. An LJSWX is on my want list also. Someone stole the emblems off this truck where it sits. Mike
  12. Welcome to the forum. Nice Bulldog. My mother-in-law lives in Stockholm. I might be over next year. She'll be visiting us this month. Lets see some pictures of your models. Mike
  13. That sedan cab R model is really neat. Are you going to keep the fire truck look? I know someone who might want the pump if you are going to take it apart. It would be better to keep it intact though. Have fun with them. Mike
  14. I talked to the guy with the Autocar. He seemed like a decent guy. He had run this truck in the past. I tried to sell the truck for him. He knew what he would get for scrap, but said he would sell it to me for $3000. I made up a sign and took it to Friends of Autocar. A buddy said he would offer $1500 for it. I don't know if he did. I did everything I could. It was too far away and too expensive for me to buy. Such a shame. Mike
  15. These trucks are from Dick Best's collection. He died last year. Great guy. He had a lot of trucks. My parents were out to his place about 10 years ago. He bought a Magnum MH new which George Tackaberry now owns. He had three Mack Jr's. I wonder how his family decided to sell these trucks and if they are keeping the rest. Did anyone notice that the serial number plate on the B61 is on the driver's door? Mike
  16. The B95 is still pretty complete. It is in rough shape though. The bracket and clapper are still on the truck, but the bell itself is gone. I hope this truck does not get scrapped. I have not been able to contact the scrapper about the C125. If someone lives in the area would you please stop by and see if they cut the truck up and if not would they call me. I left several messages. Thanks, Mike
  17. Yes, That Volvo-ism thing was a disappointment. Volvo aquired Autocar when it purchased White. When Volvo wanted to buy Mack from Renault the Feds made them sell White. A company bought the White Expeditor design and the Autocar name and now makes Autocar Expeditors in Illinous. Mike
  18. That's the one 85LS1355. 1000 GPM at 1865 RPM. I don't know what he wants for it, but I told him I thought it was worth $4000. Mike
  19. Here are some other pictures. http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/gallery/album/1437-aran-trading/
