  1. Here is the R model version. It is in Steve Hudson's garage in Brockville Ontario. He had to have 3 brackets made to hang it on the wall. He had a red Superliner and an R model at Mack Day last year. Mike
  2. Is it going to be for sale or are you going to play with it? Mike
  3. Come on. Give us more details than that. Did you try to get it running? Is it stuck? Are you happy with it? Everyone wants a V8 Superliner. Can't wait to see it at Mack Day. Mike
  4. I'm still wishy-washy about going. I have the time off, but it is a 5 or 6 hour drive. My father and mother are taking our two junky brockways up on the trailer again so I would be going by myself in my car. Anyone want to ride up with me? I would leave Boyertown PA Friday morning and leave Cortland Saturday about 4pm. Mike 610 764 8283
  5. I'll check some time. Mike
  6. Send them to my house. I have several that I would love to sell. Tom, Congrats on the purchase. It will be a lot of work, but now you have one. $2000 isn't a bad price for everything you are getting. Mike
  7. That is probably the truth. My father took two Brockways up to Cortland last year on the step deck pulled by his Superliner. They only reluctantly let him go in the parade, and then made him go last. If you have a bulldog on you in Courtland you are not liked weather in is chrome or ink. Mike
  8. It is a great little video. I hope there is a longer one. I saw Doug and Jim getting interviewed and they spent a long time talking. My father told her a little about each of the macks we brought. You can see his superliner, B85 and the AC in the background when Don Schumaker is being interviewed and you can see three of the Internationals we took behind my father. I love what Don said. I do think about trucks mostly all the time. Even now when I should be working. Mike
  9. Yep, that's my father. It is funny that they show the B70 on the hook at the beginning. I was trying to buy that while he was being interviewed. Mike
  10. You've seen pictures of what I have. What do you think of any of those? The B42x or B42p would be good options. Mike
  11. Jim, Is the B67 the AAA truck? I don't have room for it, but I want it. Did you find an engine for your Ford? If not you should post it here in the want adds. Mike
  12. There are always a lot of comments on here that things are priced too high. It is probably partially human nature. It is hard to put a price on a collector truck and the whole is very rarely worth the sum of its parts. I have seen trucks that have fresh $100,000 restorations sell for $80,000. Not a very good business model. I can buy a parts truck for less than scrap price and way less than I can buy each individual piece on it. A collector truck is worth what someone is willing to pay, not what someone asks. At an auction two years ago I saw a B61 that I thought was worth $3500 sell for $8500 and a B73 or B75 that the owner couldn't get $15000 for privately sell for $44,000. I don't know what that truck is worth, but let us know what it sells for. It is a really neat looking truck. I'd love one, but I am out of money and room. Mike
  13. Good Luck. If you find an oil gauge for one please let me know. Mike
  14. My father is a member, but that is the same weekend as the Brockway 100th Anniversary. That is where we will be. Mike
  15. The chassis record for my 1925 accd says it is a Northeast 5 AC 325, 6188 model SRH. I don't know what this means but I hope it helps. Mike
  16. I have not messed with this truck at all. I traded another B85 tractor for it. I do not know what is wrong with the engine. It has a straight 5 speed. The tires will need replaced due to age. They hold the truck up. I will have to get on a different computer to send more pictures. I do not have a title. It is ex Lowell, Mass. Mike 610 764 8283
  17. You could try Steve Hudson of Hudson Supply. He runs out of Brockville, Ontario, but hauls all over the US. Search Hudson Supply on the web. Mike
  18. As they say, if there are no pictures, it never happened.
  19. Where are the pictures?

    B'day boy:

Happy Birthday! Mine is tomorrow. Mike
  21. Time to go. I need the room. The 707 is bad and no carb. The sheet metal is pretty good, but has a few small rust holes. Trim is gone. Air brakes. It was bought for $1700. Make me an offer. Mike Boyertown, PA 610 764 8283
  22. As much as I hate to, I am going to have to sell some trucks. I just bought this A 30 off of here earlier in the year. The sheet metal is perfect. It would be difficult to take the fire body off. It runs pretty good, but needs a water pump. It needs break work. Flat head 6 cylinder. 6 volt. 31 feet long. I need the room. I have been storing trucks in a friend's garage at no charge and they need to rent it out. I don't want to pay rent. Mike 610 764 8283
  23. Thanks Tim, I am glad to have it. It starts and runs great, but leaks coolant. It will need a radiator core. The truck was beautiful when Tom first bought it. Unfortunately he did not garage it and the paint suffered. It is still a pretty nice truck though. Mike
  24. That is B85F 1001. The first B85F made. It looked really nice.
