  3. woke up to this,,,,guess dm wont get any attention this weekend... had the week off but hadda take care of a buncha legal matters got it all done plus got rid of the old shed
  4. I owned four trucks when I was a sub hauler not at the same time kept trading up, but I actually saw three of them after I got rid of them working was kind of exciting… Bob

  6. We have a restaurant down in paradise that what I call San Diego wife’s hometown Aunt Emma’s they have got the biggest selection of dressed up pancakes I’ve ever seen I really like the blueberry and whip cream but hard to pick a favorite… bob

  8. 30 geez seems a little steep 22. Seems more like it seems the rig needs a little attention, although pretty presentable, as is very old. Definitely not hard to look at....and alot there to work with...bob.
  9. Joey, Mechohaulic and Jeff Weekes, are all the best as far as High Tech the rest of us are just old and full of experience I guess we can include Mark T…. Rob used to be top-notch, but he doesn’t post anymore.
  10. Of course hippie I’m sure we’re all thinking the same thing but the compact wasn’t a bad looking rig especially two days standards. We used to think a GMC 9500 was goofy now they’re all goofy except for the Peterbilt 379 and of course the anthem and vision.
  11. Gotcha, thanks for that I guess when I heard compact that was thinking about the back of it compactor probably heard me much and that’s what I broke in on R model compactor… aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh the good old days… and yes, the compact is just about extinct as the 3000 bob
  12. OK I had to read back to figure this out so another words it was the same cab as the Volvo white was using correct that was the one I drove at 99. I really don’t remember what the petals positions were too long ago. I actually liked it, but as I mentioned, I’m not that tall. … bob

  15. Thanks bud yeah she’s a pretty good cook. In fact, I have not found anybody in my area that prepared meatballs like home except her I don’t know what it is about this town. It’s really hard to find a decent meatball sandwich except for her food.

  19. I didn’t know what it was either our trucks you can step on the brakes real hard and brakes will stay engaged to check service lines works well for triples lotsa lines to check… bob

  22. They certainly don’t look like they’re made for a tall guys. Probably worse than the original R cab. I have a seat all the way back, and I am only 5-7
  23. I wanted one real bad when I was of age but they were still pretty new and too expensive now I would still like one but they’re way expensive now I’ve seen them go for 100 grand
