  2. Oh the good old days I miss Sear and robucks every department had somebody in charge you could talk with before purchase I used to buy all of my tools there. I’m sure most of us did.

  9. Probably mentioned a wife bought me an engine crane for Christmas there. I know that thing is gonna come in real handy around here lifting all this heavy stuff. Decided to get one when I found out the steering box that I have to take out weighs 100 pounds
  10. I even bought a brand new five horse Briggs & Stratton for one of my air compressors there saved a lot of money
  11. I bought a porter power in there over 30 years ago. I’ve only used it about three times still works real well. Got it for a song. Perfect example of what you’re talking about. I only use that around three times.

  13. Yes, it is. Sure makes shit a lot easier when you’ve got the right equipment. If you’re doing engines all the time engine stand is definitely a big help Joey you are my hero. Ha ha.

I ran a 435 for a short time that was a pulling SOB real pleasure to drive, 80 mile an hour top end made it nice to pass people with triples trailers on a two Lane Rd. just wind it up and blow their doors off bulldog looks great nice catch you could also walk through Home Depot and find what you need. They got all kinds of stuff like that. Good luck bud.
  15. Yes, from what I saw it looked like all it needed was a fresh coat of paint. Basically just scratch it up and shoot it and start pulling the camper.
  16. Thanks Paul yes, it’s a nice feeling to start finally on it as I mentioned I’ve had it almost 30 years it’s mainly just been sitting around waiting for attention. I started it and moved it around. Quite a bit through the years to keep everything going about it even had it stored in two different locations through the years when I didn’t have a place to put it it doesn’t even seem like I’ve had it anywhere near that long bought it around November 1994
  17. I used to ride. We had to stay overnight halfway through day. The wind was blowing too hard going from San Diego to Reno.

  25. Don’t think I ever answered it’s kind of a nice looking muffler stainless steel kind of a football shape. I might try to put it on the side.Then put the chrome stack on top of it. it’s a nice neat little deal. Kind of ashamed to hide it under the truck but if I do that, I have to cut the stack and I really don’t want to do that.
