  1. excellent thanks for letting us know
  2. Let’s just creepy drove trucks for 49 years. I’ve only lost one wheel was around 15 years ago, but the.Rim cracked all around the bolt pattern and it came off night time , Reno to las Vegas gone I have no idea what happened to it or where it went I was also hoping I didn’t kill anybody that road is pretty dead at night, though. I’m sure it just rolled off the side of the road and down the embankment there was a buddy of mine, following me all the way down there were talking on the radio next night, he told me he never saw it. Come off.
  3. Joey, you and TJ have a way with words you hear me you and him should be philosophers
  4. No bud, I did not know Scout was around and 64 and yes, I have a stepping out of my own tread. I learned that from the best Joey Mack ha ha.
  5. Hell, I didn’t even know they were building them and 64
  6. OK, just to let you know I already voted for the king a little while ago let’s hope it gets registered
  7. Just think before the Internet, none of us could be talking like this wow I guess sometimes technology is wonderful although like most of you fellas, it’s a little difficult for me to swallow. Any new ideas like beat it man there was nothing wrong with the old one ha ha
  8. They were a cool little vehicle. I always wanted a CJ five since I was a teenager. I never had one, but that international scout was a close second.
  9. Not sure how that came up partially double post
  10. Yes, I also had a 67 international scout four-wheel-drive with a snowplow. I don’t think I have any pictures of that thing. It ran real good, but it was from New England and it had a lot of body rot on it, especially underneath I wound up selling it and buying a 70 Chevy 4 x 4 also had a snowplow just pick ups alone I had 13 of them

  12. Thanks for that. Yes, the container chassis around here are all using 1100 22 five. On the 20 inch spokes That’s what I’m hoping to find the tires only have a little thread. At least those sizes are a lot easier to find no flap and no tube. right now, I would just be happy to find the rims. I was just going to use what I have, but I’m having a problem trying to find 1020 tube type tires
  13. Yes, it’s always a good policy
  14. and yes, I was aaaaawwwwwwddd at how fast those rims fell right out. I would’ve thought at least a long struggle and I didn’t even have a stand, which would’ve made it a little easier, but I really didn’t even need it. Are you talking about laundry soap to loosen the rims from the flaps and the beads ?
  15. OK, thanks for that. I just kind of tightened just enough to get it around my yard maybe 60 lbs I would’ve guessed about 175
  16. Two tire shops in town that deal with big rigs. I will check both of them. I might wind up with the tubeless 22 inch all depends on what I could come up with.
  17. I singled them out for now yes the one on the outside rare was so shredded. It used to keep dripping rubber every time I move the truck at all now I can’t even find any 10-20 tube types I am going to run around shortly and see if I can find some used. Takeoffs might be easier and cheaper to buy.
  18. I am pretty much a ford man, but I have had a lot of Chevys in my time… and no that was not my car. I found it on Google search.
  19. ooooooooooooooo lala
  20. Yes, steering in brake parts don’t wanna take any chances a while back one of out members with a B model had his steering column sheer in half pulling out of sma gas station thank god he wasn’t in a curve at top speed when it happened
  21. Machine shop hell I had not thought of that. That’s a fabulous idea.
  22. I had to put a clutch in my DM when I bought it. It was 40 miles from here then I drove at home. Didn’t have too much trouble… bob
  23. Seems like if you’ve got the 1500 it would be a lot easier on you to get the thing home. Good luck.
  24. The follow up to that one wasn’t bad looking either
  25. And Terri, I love that nova style not positive but I think I actually like them better than the earlier ones. My mom had a brand new 67 Chevy nova I actually liked all of the nova styles but I think what you had was my favorite body style.
