  5. That looks excellent …. Nice neat work Bob.
  6. Steers got plenty of tread and they don’t look bad but I’m still worried about they are probably very old
  7. That’s pretty much what I’m thinking
  8. I don’t know duck the more I dig into this piece of shit. I am really sorry I didn’t buy that nose 20 years ago 300 miles from here. It would’ve been a lot easier to repair but I’m having fun and it is a challenge that I usually enjoy especially with bodywork. Thanks for the flowers.
  9. Yeah, that’s what I thought. I don’t blame you it. I probably would have tried the same thing first. I do know those lights come on a lotta times for absolutely no reason … bob

  12. Well, the only way I could do it is to use the desktop email photos to my email address let’s split the screen then slide the pictures over OK the wife is off …..there coming a few minutes thanks for that Paul
  13. Yeah, I’m with you. I’d rather just pull in California and Nevada. Both have chaser cars ready for people blowing the scales. They’re over weight with airbrakes still a commercial..vehicle And they will chase you down more times than not at least around here…: bob
  14. That’s kind of sort of what I was hoping for since container chassis use the same size with the Spoke wheels I might just get lucky….: It’s not so much the money I will never get the use out of them for what I have to put out…:: i’m sure I already made myself clear, bob
  15. I can’t really help you, but any reputable shop can get rid of the light if you can’t get it figured….:fuel pressure regulator switch went out on my 88 but the truck just completely quit and would not restart … bob
  16. Ok was gonna post some photos wife won’t get off the desk top and she has 3 laptops lol. and of course my $1000 iPhone won’t post them..: bob
  17. That’s with the shop boss actually suggested to me a long time ago. He’s retired now you could probably find some good shape takeoffs
  18. Think soon I’ll go talk to my companies tire supplier probably the best way I could probably find something used just barely legal and get through the rest of my life my wife was crying and whining about the loot and yes, I am right there with her this time… You’re never gonna see that money back
  19. I would feel better if I was 40 rather than 68 good thing it’s a twin axle with no weight. I can legally drive around just six tires and forget about the other four for now. just take off bad tires and leave the empty rims.
  20. Pretty much my point in my age Miles traveled I will never get my moneys worth out of them and yes, we have a big rig wrecking yard around 45 miles from here, but you know most of those shit is gonna be tubeless bud wheels yes Geoff wife was telling me that I should’ve been doing it long time ago two at a time
  21. off to a show and shine photos later
