  1. Yes, I could see that being a real issue and a nuisance. Don’t see much of that around here but then again, I don’t spend much time on the road at night my biggest issue with the headlights is I usually drive a Mustang, which is pretty low when I’m stopped at a light almost every vehicle behind me is higher and lower. Headlights are right in my mirrors.
  2. The conventional was even cooler
  3. Haha that’s my opinion when these 80 mph hillbillies keep passing me in shit weather they keep throwing sand and dirty snow on my windshield… washer tank is empty in an hour…. I 80 needs to drop that ridiculous speed limit… Bob
  4. My home value dropped 75 Gs almost overnight as well as the old galaxy’s as I mentioned before not sure what happened to both ?????? When everything else is crazy expensive.. Bob
  5. Everything is getting Wayover priced. Not sure how anybody even makes it these days and my barbershop has not raise their prices at all in around four years.
  6. Wow last I heard 10 wheeler R Model dump brand new around 60 Gs but that was 1975 Bob

  10. That’s kinda tough to gave to waste all that rubber but i personally don’t trust them especially at hi speeds mine only had around 36 thousand on them 8 years old could have gone another 10 I’m guessing??? Bob
  11. Interesting that you said that because there was two of them teslas passing me on 80 every day. All of a sudden they disappeared when it got cold and we’re gone for about a month then one returned here lately, but not the other one. I am sure they are still testing them … I believe you’re correct they don’t do well in cold areas
  12. Oh, that truck looks like I my would handle anything
  13. I remember an old buddy of mine that passed along time ago he started trucking in 1950 he was telling me a long time ago. His uncle refused to use the first electric light he grumble. There’s nothing wrong with the oil lantern. It kind of reminds me of myself, I kicked and screamed over cell phones and computers. . Now I have both. Yes I am totally open to the idea but I don’t think they’re a good idea for the long-haul for one thing you can’t just call anyone for a road assistance unless you have a blowout ha ha.
  14. Yes, I can see big local fleets , jumping on them, but you’re right TJ my company. For instance, our trucks run day and night shifts electric would not work here.
  15. Back in the 80s are used to run around the clock on paper you could do about what you wanted. Keep on rolling three packs of cigarettes a day gallon of coffee ha ha

  20. Yes, I was wondering the same thing. Once I start doing my bodywork I will be looking for anything that would help out with hard to reach areas.
  21. And yes, TJ I am almost 67 myself. I figured we were probably about the same age.
  22. There was a time we were all like that
  23. Yeah, I get it if it was under 50 miles, and no weather that would help out a bit… miles and miles of snow. I am burnt out on it especially this year.
