  12. its probably not the same guy,but i think here in reno a guy had the same name he was,,the head of ATHS chapter he had an LTL mack and a sterling that i knew of ,havent seen him since i dropped out years ago,,,bob

I wound up with everything I needed tires and rims local shop right here in Reno..found a shop that dealt with spoke wheels but he couldn’t do much for me, but he referred me to another place that had everything you might want to just have to keep shopping around your area and asking a lot of questions and lots of patience….online ordering was getting me absolutely nowhere except for too much money for everything. Good luck.
  15. wound up with 6 new recaps on used rims,and two new tires with tubeless rims all for $1,500now everything is new,,,moving on to nose soon or changing transmission

  20. little more work on the engine assembly been ignoring this step as much as i can account of very tedious work putting engine parts together,,,scraping chrome and working with very small parts take a clear mind and lotsa patience and a steady hand,,, it was easier as a teenager
  21. i had not thought about that,,,reminds me of the first time i drove a 13 speed road ranger was used to a 10 speed,,,,and i was only 20 lol.....grind grind grind,,,took a while
  22. all i got remember to soak cylinders with mystery oil and leave it sit for a week or so engine appears to be in good shape other than that making room in your shop is a fabulous idea,,,if your like most of us if your still working and own a home you really dont have time to do anything good luck,,bob
