Excellent story that’s pretty much what i think about the company to this day been interested in them since I was 10 and my pop used to mow with one I think a lot of people lost interest in them when they came out with the automatic choke it really didn’t work worth a shit ... but nice try lol... I have still been using them for years I have a lot of them ...bob
  4. Kind of hard to see but there’s a screw hole top of that brass ring that goes through to the top of the steering wheel... bob

We have 3 late model everyday drivers I have them all worked on local reputable garage..... too many other things to do around here mowers , Mack and honeydoos But I have noticed we hardly have any independent auto parts stores anymore with the big machine shop last one was gone here in Reno around 20 years ago
  7. They used to be good for hard to find antique parts ,, knowledgeable counter help, and mostly sold American products... I’m sure all that is gone...I usually use autozone but all I ever need are cleaning supplies .... bob
  8. Yes changing the oil and any of them is the best thing you can do they pretty much all last a long time that way..Oh pretty much agree with Honda for powered generators there a lot quieter.. bob
