  1. Right on man I appreciate the heads up and yes, after retirement we figured out there’s still plenty of money not worried about traveling out there at all. Thanks for that.
  2. I used to see a lot of crap dusters back when I was running I five in the 80s was interesting to watch ….around here we mostly have cattle and horse ranches
  3. And as far as TV goes around here, it’s either on MeTV antenna, TV or Roku oldies Quit watching football. I’m a big baseball fan, but we don’t get any games except for one on Saturday.
  4. lol I actually lived in a trailer park for a short while right during the blizzard of 78. I didn’t see too many people usually but I work nights and didn’t spend a lot of time there, but my neighbor was a screwy SOB
  5. What’s the deal with the mirrors? It looks like it has original single post round ones.
  6. Excellent thanks for letting us know and send me some of your ambition
  7. Hell, almost worth it to fly out there just to look at that one ha ha
  8. Wow that thing is dynamite bob
  9. Oh my God, these guys must be awfully bored ha ha thanks for that
  10. Ha ha that’s pretty much gonna happen anywhere if you can get away with it
  11. making a little noise around here about it,,,not a whole lot,,,,,god decides who goes home and when,!!!!!!!!,,,i noticed they blew up the amazon strike,,,to nation wide shut down,,,when it was a very small area in reality,,,,media they will hand you anything,,,,,but i did see a story while back about meat packing plants,,,and USDA and they were saying most of them are unsupervised and nobody really watching anything like thier supposed to be doing....thats kinda concerning,,,,although who knows what to believe
  12. That sounds about right to me well, why don’t you just buy a couple of them sock filters while they’re available and keep them for future reference
  13. Nice thing about spin on there’s lots of cross reference I recently bought a fuel filter for mine at AutoZone. It’s an add-on somebody replaced it through the years somewhere. I didn’t think of this until just now but I had a 48 Chevy pick up. I bought around 1986 and my truck was just about the same condition as yours except it really didn’t need anything except the paint job. I want up selling it shortly after. cause they had that 50 mile an hour rear end. and the only place in town with a hopped up pumpkin wanted too much for it. I decided to just get rid of it, but at the time I had a lot of irons in the fire.
  14. And yes, we’re changing the tread again
  15. Well not everybody
  16. Well, I know a lot of people are not going to like to hear this, but a lot of union is required in this country and God love them for hanging onto what they have I started off union it was a really good craft back in the 70s at least people had choices these days lots of folks don’t have any choice, but to go to work for cheap shit warehouses that don’t pay anything because they don’t have any choices and then the greedy corporate America chose to move all their plants to Asia, which was a bunch of bullshit, and everybody was OK with this
  17. For for last minute disappointment this jackass is doing his best to run the country down even further disgusting you think this communist pig would atleast go out with a little bit of dignity but oh no,
  18. And Joey, you’re in a pretty good spot. You pretty much only got cosmetics left as far as that starter goes. I don’t know what to tell you I have no advice. You’re a lot further ahead than I am.
  19. Haven’t overhauled an engine in years except for a lawn mowers, but Meko I know what you mean for start up always thinking something might’ve went sour
  20. Hopefully this isn’t it, but I have had belt sounding noises on a Cummings turns out the water pump was shot. The bearing was making all the noises didn’t discover this was the noise until the water pump started leaking and they changed it sound one away good luck, bud.
  21. well joey,,,,just to let you know,,my ambition all ready flew away,,,ya hear me?????????
  22. It would make a good box truck
  23. OK, that was fabulous
  24. As far as spraying, it’s like automatic transmissions nobody really wants to touch them. I bought a manual years ago and took part of C4 and put it all back together. You can start with one panel at a time trial and error. If you get runs, just send them and then try again. At least you’re only running paint on one panel not the entire truck. I picked up spraying right away. it didn’t hardly take me any time at all, but yes, I did get a few runs at the beginning as we mentioned before. There’s a fine line between orange peel and sags lol let’s get her done bud. Tell the old lady you got shit to do. Yeah like that’s gonna work.
  25. OK TJ I knew you would top all of us. That was just hilarious. I’ve heard her sing before and she has no talent let alone country. I’m sure most of you remember that chick upfront for trick pony I thought she was amazing. Just one of the favorites I can think of off hand Besides the obvious
