I just recently threw out an old Thomas Brothers map are used to use in the 80s it was very very handy back then it was like a Bible city streets of Los Angeles in orange county didn’t need it anymore but I hated like hell to throw it out it was like losing an old friend but I didn’t need it anymore and it was just taking up space still hard to part with ha ha kind of reminded me of what you were talking about there …. I probably should explain myself I have never been the type to pick up after I was partially done with a job that’s how I wound up with 30 feet of work bench here recently that was completely covered and no room to put anything now if I’m not done with the job I still put everything away when I am through for the day..: bob

  12. Clean shop… wife has been after me last couple of jobs you need to pickup after your self otherwise your entire work area gets cluttered in no time she’s right I started doing that … Bob

  21. I paid 60 bucks for 3 huge Mack manuals they cover everything but that was in 1983 any repair manual usually start around 40 bucks… Bob
  22. Ever since obumma care we are paying higher premiums and getting less coverage and last year we paid highest taxes than ever in my life.. Bob
  23. Got this one hanging in my bedroom cut it out of a middle 80s Mack calendar got to admit it’s a bad ass looking rig I think in most cases Larry we’re just not used to looking at them like they are in Australia . I am with you I prefer the one big round headlight… Bob
