Man you are a lucky guy....man I was hooking up a set at the dock with a U model when it struck I thought it was a forklift running out of the box at first. Then it just got worse everything shaking. Trailers swaying like trees power lines looked like jump ropes I was frozen stiff death grip on the wheel. Congratulations that sounds like a real blast they have Nostalgia drag racing of course and my area Sears point raceway now known as Sonoma Speedway that's around 200 miles from here not a hard drive only been there once had a real good time with a funny car Nationals but next time I go out I am for sure going to start with the Saturday lineup which is the old car line up...bob Sent from my XT1096 using Tapatalk

You know come to think about it I think I've been in that truck stop and El Paso are used to go there quite a bit back in 1990 I did a little teamwork 4 motor cargo and yes I remember getting pretty good Mexican food somewhere on those routes so that was probably the place....bob Sent from my XT1096 using Tapatalk

Oooooooohhh ya I think I had food poisoning only once it was horrible and yes gray hair I love dining at good restaurants as you mentioned choices we have a lot of them here in Reno I'm sure was Vegas has a lot more choices I wound up eating at a restaurant somewhere down there Milliken on 10 one of those truck stops East Side of Milliken to be precise I don't remember which one it was but the food was actually terrible again one of those Corporate America stops run into a little problem didn't have any food wife usually sends me off with I heat up meal for my layover the Strip by didn't have anything food ordered meatloaf it was terrible no flavor Moshi mashed potatoes we're all right only thing I liked was the salad bar and the bread Sent from my XT1096 using Tapatalk

I've only seen 2 R models in my life with the Chrysler engine one of them was that Oakland Mack Dealership I got a chance to see it with the nose tilted mechanic was working on it thinking was doing a tune-up can't quite remember it was 31 years ago but I think law transportation had a bunch of U models with a Chrysler engine I'm not positive... God love you I'm sure you are wetting your pants driving that old truck it looks real good so far I'm sure the rest of us or at least most of us were pissing ourselves looking at that small video clip just barely running didn't really matter to any of us looks like a lot of good years left in it just a lot of sand and paint now mainly I've had my DM for 23 years now and it's not much advanced over that one runs and drives is about it.... Thought maybe a better clear something up the food's not really horrible that either one of those truck stops just lost a personal touch with corporate America it used to be more like home cooking at both of them now it's really nothing to write home about it's filling and it goes down okay but most of it is frozen dishes they just heat up in the microwave...
