  1. Oh yeah that must’ve been heartbreaking. I get it that photograph reminds me of a 1971 roadrunner. I almost bought convertible 2100 back in 73 I did not buy it, I list my job but I was looking at it. It was a one owner came from Florida. I was just a teenager browsing around car lot. I remember the salesman got a little pissy with me after I told him I just lost my job like, why are you wasting my time? Oh, you’re the one that comes racing out of the office I was just looking.At it lol bob

  4. you know main street media is also telling me egg prices are up 40 percent,,,,not sure where thier talking about,,,,prices here have hardly moved,,,,but i have noticed beef is going crazy,,,,just paid 30 bucks for a rack of beef ribs couple weeks ago and was nothing more than a package of bones this weekend i went for pork instead,,lol.bob

  8. Also, Dean, I was working in a Chrysler dealership washing cars one of my first jobs. I remember seeing one of those super bees out front on display what it was just about New I think back then it sold for between three and 4000 year old car it was lime green. With the wing I don’t know if they were all that color. You would probably know a little better. I do know a 69 roadrunner is running around 100 grand restored. You don’t even see that money around anymore even at car shows they are very scarce.

  16. well the original post was the point,,,i dont think either one of us is going to spend anywhere near $90,000,,but its been done,,,since im already stepping on your tread heres a couple more,,,,i actually voted for the VW,,,but being a ford man,the comet was definately one or my favorites,,,but there were tons of gorgeous iron there

  20. just thought you might appeciate this,,,was at a local show n shine yesterday,,,lotsa beautys there,,but got chatting with this guy and he told me he had around 90 Gs in this car and it still wasnt quite the way he wanted it,,,,ok hes got me beat lol.bob
