  1. Now that I think back I used to repair split rim truck tires around the same age and I would sit on the tire while I was inflating it. I don’t think I would try that now. I don’t know how I made it this far.
  2. Oh, I guess we’ve all done stupid stuff years ago when I was a teenager I was working on a 55 Chevy had the car jacked up with a regular bumper jack real high and working underneath it without a jack stand there’s no way I would do that now my uncle happen to be over visiting and he was yelling at me. What are you out of your mind?
  3. Totally missed this… lotsa likes I got too drunk and didn’t remember eating our great barbecue food… bob
  4. Missed the part about not your story I don’t know how anyone would have survived but I would have checked that switch before I touched that line
  5. thought i would throw in a couple pictures of my cart and yes, with a profile handle like mine your probably not surprized i own allotta stuff, with mower engines,,,the cart has a seat back, its just not on there ,,,runs real good...i used to use it to put out my trash,,,because i have a real long driveway,,,but i usually just struggle walking them down by hand just for the exercise,,bob
  6. I guess that would probably make sense because I was telling him about that C model dump truck for sale. Somebody recently posted and he didn’t know anything about it.
  7. Ha ha, still no response from this guy he had mentioned he was very interested in all kinds of bicycles. Different makes models and different eras … maybe he just doesn’t get on here that often… bob
  8. Supposed to be a hicrop I guess I’m getting them confused. They both disappeared… some of these guys are getting really old and one never knows when they’re going to leave us. Hopefully they don’t go away for quite some time.. Bob
  9. Seems highbinder disappeared. Also think it’s been a few weeks maybe a little longer…. Bob

  11. Too many likes fellas It would seem to me the two of them should be in jail big and little idiot for lying, and stealing, if nothing else for chrissakes, how many more billions is this asshole gonna send to Ukraine we were supposed to be helping them out not financing their entire war… bob
  12. I have never been in one. We used to have one here, but it’s gone., Mark a lot of us have them now, but I still stare, especially summertime and Costco you guys probably don’t have them. It’s a bulk store. I understand Sam’s Club is the same deal. I have never been in one. They’re not big here. Costco is… bob
  13. Happy Saturday fellas lol we get to do what we want for a couple days woohoo… bob
  14. It looks brand new, but why wouldn’t everything‘s new windows siding moldings they even went around and put all the little goodies like the vents around the garden hose and the light switches and the roof vents yes it does look way better than person. I think it might’ve been the heat. It was really hot when I got back here yesterday and the fellows were just finishing up.
  15. That’s kind of strange different areas got different handles for different things. You probably never heard of this paul…but back on the east coast we used to call a straight truck..a straight job. I went out here. It’s called a bobtail. I don’t even know if they call them that anymore that was 45 years ago .. I moved out of there. Also a three axle out here is a twin axle. Back east U would say twin axle. Or twin Screw. Haven’t lived back there in 45 years sometimes shit changes, but that’s the way it used to be…. plasterboard or sheet rock back there out here they call it drywall … also potting soil out here they used to call it loom back there it’s interesting. I know some people are thinking. What the hell is your point mower man is there a point here no just woke up having my 1st cup… bob
  16. not sure why the siding looks distorted

  19. Supposed to be 106° tomorrow. I think I will continue with my Saturday morning ritual get out there. Fairly early and tackle that leaking maxi valve and pull down the headliner and start banging out dents in the roof the truck is been sitting around so long with no work at all done to it. I’m trying to make up for last time. Try to spend a couple hours every Saturday…. Bob
  20. Thanks for that fellows. Yes, we have a lot of rental outfits in town.
  21. Great post fellas I was laughing my ass off over the peeling potatoes caper and yes, some commercials get mighty tiring real quick. We have a lot of them in my area and as far as the Covid shots no they do not work. My wife got one because oh her daughter made her get one to see her grandbabies after we already had the Covid. She was pissed.
  22. Hey thanks for that I just fixed it…. Got plenty of time… third blown out tire this year waiting for the vender…Bob
  23. I’m going to Home Depot tonight after work they have a rental department in there. I’ll poke around and see what I can come up with. They might just rent that stuff out right there. That’s probably the best way TJ.The latters would work well but all I have is one straight extension
  24. That’s a genius ha ha had not thought of that years ago. I bought an old pick up truck off a buddy of mine. When I moved out here I had to go back there and get a few things Massachusetts to LA anyway I got out to California with this old pick up truck that did a fine job all the way across the country. I didn’t have any trouble at all When I was all done with the moves, I sold the truck in California and actually made a profit on it. I know it’s a boring old people story but I thought somebody would appreciate it.bob
  25. Excellent back in the day there was a lot of them around day cabs a lot of them and gasoline and oil. Not sure what was up with that…. Bob
