You got a bury it in something alotta times … I usually start with salt and pepper and there is different types their best with canned sweeten peaches but then if you put all that sugary shit in there, defeating the purpose now it’s not low cal anymore your might as well just pour a big bowl fruit loops, and stay off the scale come on?????

I do cottage cheese prunes and tangerines every morning 1 hard boiled egg .. glass of vegetable juice with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper,I’d rather be eating chicken fried steak and eggs or captain crunch every morning you hear me. ???

ya just thought of those chicken pattys when we were talking about expensive steak,,,,id actually forgot all about them,,,i used to buy them all the time when i was single...and yes,like you im just as happy with a nice big greasy hamburger and no i usually dont eat steak unless were in a restaurant that features steak,,,
