  1. Although I spray painted a go kart frame about 30 years ago was the rust oleum rattle can, and it sat outside about three or four years and it’s still shines
  2. You know Tom I bought a home unit spray gun at Home Depot it was only around 29 bucks they come in real handy I have even sprayed cars with it… if you don’t have an air compressor just hook it to one of your big rigs … generally spray gun paint is a little better quality

  9. They ruined that thing rally wheels woulda looked tight bubba and Dave one of my neighbors just picked up a middle 60s comet has the raised letters on the tires I drove by it few day ago and thought my god I haven’t seen those in years

  11. I suppose we gotta let off on these guys just like antique cars not everybody likes the stock rims and hubcaps but then again that annoys me too. I generally appreciate the stock wheels even on antique cars but definitely not necessarily nothing wrong with chrome reverse or SS Crager‘s
  12. I could use the old red neck approach… lay down a sheet of plywood full of grease and slide the entire duel assembly off the axle with a buddy lol
  13. Yes, Paul it does still have four more to go. I’m still waiting on the last two I’ll have to dismount just two of them. … i would have liked to paint all the rims and hubs while I had them off but I had to get that very old stuff off before I had any blowout issues I have 1 axle seal leaking I will replace that while I have everything off

  18. No, that was the fastest repair. I think I’ve ever done in my life in fact back then that was way before I even owned a computer or a cell phone.
  19. Well, I didn’t do anything at all yesterday today I’m fixing on swapping some rims over before our weather turns to shit after the gym. Let’s see what happens. Supposed to be raining Wednesday Thursday, Friday after that I won’t be able to move it very much. My yard will be too sloppy.
