    It was definetley a long ride. Actually BVD's are not on my list this didn't give me the pucker or oh shit factor one would think. Ann was rattled more then I was Think once I knew the road wasn't an option anymore. hell idk

    It definetley wasn't planned. If the grass would of been dry could of backed out. I would get a foot spin and slide back the foot I gained.Idk what happened I just remember turning into the curve and the truck started shallowing up. Dumped the axle to throw more forward and try to plant the steer to the ground even thought I am already 15k up front and was to little to late and had to make a choice. Get it on the road and piossibly lay over as I was already leaning from the drop or ride it out and hope for the best. I was actually aiming for a tree when we finally stopped

    Found a slick spot and slid off the road. By the time I dumped the tag I was to far gone and had to ride it out rather then roll it and jacknife. What a ride I tell yeah. If it wasn't expensive and possible harmful I would say lets do it again

    Espesically when you got them in a hard push. Just listen to them slurp the diesel down. Thinking that D8N Burned 140 gallons a day hell been so long i don't remember but it was over 100. I worked the hell out of it

    My next is probably going to be an Onan with a roof top a/c. Reason a gen and not an apu is this. apu uses an inverter to run everything Generator never uses the inverter so you can shut it off and save the batteries. We use to cook alot in the truck and the apu just couldn't hack it. (inverter vs Gen) Cooking with the Gen was faster and everything ran cooler. Plus I want something that is not tied into the truck. If something breaks atleast the self contained unit will run But if your just sleeping and using the A/C and Heat an apu is the way to go by all means.

    Use to be. It was an expensive paperweight. Now it is the tool box I took off to put the pos there. Willis is what it was.STAY AWAY Just run. Tripac or something is way better then this was.

    Hmm. I know these guys are pissy since I wasn't there today. Never told them I was going to be there today but hell it is OD. crap happens. I'll give you a jingle around 8 or so and see where you are at. I am only running 62 or so and you got a few towns yet left to run thru.

    I had it already saved to the comp and just attached it. What time are you gonna roll out? Could stop at the Flying J in Dallas . If you run 49 from Shreveport to 10 just watch around Alexandria the care bears get cranky when the speed drops.

    That was where I wanted to get to and get the truck serviced. Trust me I would of seen that MH I would of beaten on the door. We are going to leave here around 0630 to 0700. Tarrant county which is the Ft. Worth area has a damn Curfew so I can't be there before 0900. Whote Pete with red crane.

    If he can get to whereever I decide to get tires next I will have 8 11R24.5's coming off. 6 Firestones and 2 others. had to mount a spare and buy a used tire that is almost brand new. Problem you will have unless you deal with these peopl is A you'll probably never get them to mount a used tire on a Steer. If they do it is by sheer luck

    I priced Bridgestone R280's National account and out the door to see how much I would save going Nat. 506.17 and if not mistaken 517 out the door just walk in. Generals idk how much less. Could try Toyo got a friend that swears by them. Sumitomo. Another had 385's on his truck abnd they wore better then the bridgestones I had. I have run dyanatracs and thought they did pretty good on the drives. No complaints only reason they came off was I put all new drives on.

    Did you sell the other R. Thought you had plans on making it a tractor as the 6 was a tad bit big for Killer. Before anybody gives me greif about being to big I mean axling out

    idk a bunch of stuff going on. Usually even with the oil industry we can find a room. but damn not this weekend. anyway it is cool and have not idled lastnight and tonight. But probably going to idle tomorrow as it will be warm.
