  1. What 84 super dog said powder works good to but flour is awsome.
  2. Nope was talking to GG2 but the info is fair game to whoever wants it
  3. There are a couple out. For the most part they keep you out of trouble. Mine likes to say vertical height clearance when they bridge is over 16'. or new bridge over rr tracks and not going on them.
  4. Went up to Chippewa Falls yesterday and on the way up and back lastnight they are hauling snow. Had it piled up everywhere
  5. Trailer transit,Power source. Tow away express. I sent you an email awhile back when you first posted this never got a response figured you got it taken care of.
  6. Try motorkote. It ain't cheap but been using it since I had the engine down and I really like the ulsd additive. Trucks smooths right out. I use a quart 1/4 gallon every oil change. I think it is alot better then lucas. ( my opinion.) What I have seen with lucas. Maybe it was lack of oil changes was when they tore the engine down. ( no not mine) thy had to pry it off some of the parts. The fuel additive of theres seemed to give me worse mileage in my pickup and it didn't like it.
  7. I forgot about Builders. Think it was late 90's I was trying to get on with them at that time and got the all to familiar you live to far south or you don't have enough experience.
  8. After you left it just opened up on us. We left about as soon as it stopped. Screwed up and took 70 East and jumped on Us 36. That was fun. blowing snow across the road it was not fun. Shut it down in Ogalallah,Ne and was windy and cold as hell. Been chasing the snow today been in and out. Friend of mine is in Rochelle and is just getting pummleld. We are in Davenport loading and do 2 trips to Wi then might be heading to Nh. Idk yet. but cold is alright wind sucks.
  9. I had a Ranger once. It was the biggest hunk of Chit I ever had. I wish I still had my F-250. My 2500 Dodge has had a few little problems like the clutch sensor going out. Bypassed that. slave cylinder went out. Lucky it floats the gears and just shut it off at lights to get in gear. Fuel gauges. That damn dodge has eaten more fuel gauges then I know what to do with. rented a few F-150's I really liked them. Had a chevy 1 time. lets just say I will never own one. Rode better then the Ford but damn thing was forever seeking Od. then first little pull it would drop 2 gears and shift back and forth. once the Ford got into od it pretty much stayed there on little pulls. Rented 2 Dakotas. Never,Ever,Ever will I think about buying one of those things. It was squirrley as hell. every little bump I was sideways. and hydroplaned like nothing I have ever driven.
  10. Tried calling him a few times and his mailbox is full.
  11. hows the oil pressure? Do an oil annalasis on it. Also marvel mystery oil in the case. How long has it sat? My cummins has blowby which irks me to no end but hell the truck would sit 3 to 6 months at a time. Tried marvel and it has helped but not stopping the blowby. It runs like a top though.
  12. Ed he is jaysm35a2Yeah I think If I don't catch you over at the Dq over there I'll load up in the pick up and make my way northerly bound
  13. Been trying to meet up with him for the past 6 months. or more. Just either would run out of hours to far north, got a load and would leave. You name it. Worked out this time. Will catch him again though.
  14. Met up with Jay this morning at the Sapp Bros in Denver. Then it started snowing. Got to say great to finally meet you and sorry you didn't get the Buster experience.
  15. I know I will probably get crap for this but how many union workers does it take to work a dump truck? Idk never seen it done. But if the post is correct that it takes 2 that is just sad.So who engages the pto or is that another person?
  16. Seen that thing before and they need help
  17. Have a happy happy today and enjoy. Happy birthday
  18. Now how does the trans hold lugging that low and having that much torque on it. I've read the article and it is impressive to say the least. I know it should hold up just throwing it out there.
  19. don't need counterweight. It is alot easier to pull rail cars on tracks then you might think. Within reason
