  1. Coming back from Ormond Bch my parents blew the spare on there trailer. Told me were they where and I couldn't think of anyplace open @ 6 pm on a Sunday. Called Ed to see what he might know off and he was able to come up with a tire and rim same bolt pattern just different size and a jack as they took mine out of my truck. Thank you and I'll get that way as soon as I can. Sucks not being home to help your loved ones. Then again had I been home I would of been with them.

  3. My opinion is this. I would rather it stay and go to a collector that (IS GOING TO USE IT) WEATHER REBUILD OR PARTS. Unlike sitting in a field with 100 others with trees going thru them and rusted beyond repair. No sense in collecting them just to let them rot so they do not go to some place that is going to actually use them.

  5. I'm 35. Grew up in first in a B then an R both dumps, We also had a Dm, Been around Petes,A-cars,had a cornbinder, also a single cab CCC that thing was odd. My fav out of our trucks probably was the Dm and the A-car conglomaration. That truck was about 10 trucks made into one. Then I got Paccar fever and Own one but coming back around towards the bulldog if I can ever find something I want when I have the moolah.

  8. Possible the turbo is now to small and just can't get the air it needs? What kind of power you putting down now?
  9. Stupid question how are the fuses? Are the lights good? light switch. is it a 2 switch system? clearance lights and parking lights on 1 and head lights and rest on another. Relays. I have been having problems on my Pete it has been eating relays. loose tail lights but keep marker lights and it goes to high beam. found if I didn't put the one relay all the way in they have been working. I know I got problems. also my 1 relay holder looks like it got scorched.
  10. Use to run a D30D Cat. Rule was try to keep up with the pans. Never happened they would just run rings around us. but we did 1 road project probably had a good mile straight shot. On hard road I would put it in 5th empty it would shift and lock in and man you felt like you where doing 70 mph's loaded even on hard rock it would shift into 5th but the converter wouldn't lock up. But man you get them 8 forward gears in those pans and man alive no doors,or front windshield and all that mass you felt like you where flying.
  11. Might be a 13 I moved a shit spreader on an old rinker Cornbinder mixer chassis. was a 13 trying to remember the shifter. It was set up like a round knob 13 but with todays shifter. Think the split or deep reduction was back, 3L then shift like a 9 speed. I just don't remember. been 6 years since I moved it. Just don't see those anymore.
  12. Funny they do not know the trans. It is either a 8LL or a 15 speed. Blue splitter button is the tell tale
  13. It sucks. not as happen as it used to. But when I use to haul Budweiser out of Jacksonville. Oh man the shows I use to get. Got rid of the bud trailer. and maybe 1once a year
