  1. With one major advantage, Not an offset cab and no need for a kickstand
  2. Anything is legal in Fl. Probably have to put a lift axle on it. and permit for length, and probably weight. shouldn't be any different then the big wreckers down there. Got a few 5 axles running around
  3. Congrats they look they they got your eyes lol
  4. That old 52 or 53 sounds really good when he gets it wound up. I always liked the way they sound but in Real World app just not enough ass for me
  5. Almost thought it was a 13speed since it had a red side button. Never seen an LL trans with the red button. All I have ever seen, or driven where Blue side buttons. But the shift pattern doesn't show the LL shifts. wonder if the trans has been changed. It also doesn't show a high side split.
  6. Welcome to the jungle. Like that Cl733.
  7. different truck. the shakers where all 21 to 22k. and on 7 axles with a 50 ton till it broke and a TH55 fontaine with 2 trucks I was 45k With my truck that I own and not a driver for anybody else I am 57 with axle, stinger, full of fuel.
  8. I ran a Hydraulic. Still have a TH55 Fontaine. Mechanicals. Those are for people that like to fight with there trailer. Your alittle heavy bobtail. my bobtail is 28 almost 29k.
  9. I got screwed. Bottom line. but the guy let us pay it vs a lump sum that I didn't have at the time. One of those damned I do damned I don't. Just an inframe
  10. I'll have to disagree on that. My 3406E has had minor problems just likes turbo gaskets. Eats 2 a year. 1 injector before the inframe. Pulls like no tomorrow. Drove a 3406C and it had more torque then anything I had driven at that time. got great mileage to. Mine now i do alright on fuel but I work at it.
  11. It's a Cat your screwed. My 3406E was 24k last inframe. At that stage take it to a performance shop and get it hopped up for almost the same price. Check out PDI in Salt Lake City,Ut.
  12. Damn how heavy is the truck. I drove a couple of shakers before I bought my Pete and on 7 axles with a 55 ton Fontaine was at my heaviest 47k usually around 45k full of fuel. Could scale 87k on 7 12,60, and 60. Yeah Co gives you alot of weight but there permits suck. Usually never able to run where you need to for the color code. I'll max out my trailer before I'll ever max axle
  13. Hard to imagine your that heavy with that 350 on. only on 6 axles. should of been around 120. Cool pics. That tunnel is that on 25 going towards the old truckstop that is closed?
  14. Been seeing another Transtar around Ar. lately. and a few cabover Petes also. they are trying to make a comeback. Was looking at a cabover myself before pulling my lease with Landstar.
  15. He's not selling the truck just the trailer
  16. Been to Clear Lake also got a few pics. We wnt to the music man museum then was like hey how close are we to the crash site and took a ride over there. Sad place. Been thru Lubbock a few times never seen anything about a Buddy Holly Museum . Need to look harder
  17. may have to go to the manufacturer and give them measurements. probably have to get one custom made
