  5. How they like that new grader with the 2 joysticks? I prefer the old style with the row of controls and a steering wheel.
  6. Those friggen pricks always seem to go out of there way to park next to me. Was in Greencastle 5 years or so ago and was hooked to Idleaire. was way in the back and NOBODY WAS IN THE ROW EXCEPT ME. Damn comcar thought he was gonna park next to me. I chased his ass out of that spot before he even got the cones moved. Told him you got a hole GD row and you want to park next to me. Just because your friggen miserable with the POS don't make me miserable to. He moved. Also had a grinder in my hand was polishing my wheels and was getting ready to put the cutting wheel back on and go to town on that truck. To top it off the reefer ran like shit and had a miss.

  10. Yeah it was stolen. he then got a DM with a quad and I think it had a 237 also but not positive. Then he bought a Crane Carrier, He had a heart attack and sold both trucks and kept his equipment. Then he bought a cornbinder. and an Acar. That autocar was a beast
  11. I don't know, I think the axle was swapped out, it does look bent, but I don't know.
  12. Thanks. I have been looking for photos and think I accidentally threw out 2 pic. I never knew any photos of the B existed till today
  13. While going thru some stuff in my sisters old room. My dad came across some pics of his old Bmodel and an R model that they built after the B. What I know of the B is I think it had a 711 but not positive. Had a quad box. The gearing was 7.49 and If I remember right it was about a 49 mph truck. I never knew the R was blue till these pics. I always remembered it as red and black. Motor was a 237 which my dad had to rebuild. Trans was a 2 stick 6 which he had to rebuild. It was not an off road truck. He had this thing built to fly. He wanted a truck faster then 49 mph but what he made for in speed the truck had no low end. he told me a story when him and another guy where going back to the pit to get another load that the guy in the L9000 told my dad he was pegged at 85 mph and my dad was up and leaving him in the dust. One day he went to go get the truck and it was gone. Never to be seen again. The last pic is a truck at the same place he was looking at.
  14. I'm sorry man. Loading at Keen is a P.I.T.A. One of the few places I hate going to. They are scumbags.
  15. Good buy. But you know your slacking. at 18 wide you have the obligation to eliminate at a minimum 1 mailbox and run 5 cars into the ditch. Shakes head ughh

  18. I was just talking to my dad a couple of days ago and was telling him the Titanic anniversary must be here or near because of all the Titanic stuff on tv lately. Also when I was Vinnies age I built I forget what scale but it wasa pretty good size model of the Titanic. Got board one night and shot it to pieces.
  19. I feel your pain. but when I come down a 6% grade I am usually in 4th low split sometimes 3rd high. But I am usually over 145k. That is also 1 to 2 gears give or take lower then I climbed up.
  20. that little bastard in the last photo a remote control miniature? Give you a feel for the big one or get use to the controls?
