  1. I know someone had some pics of either this one or one bigger but this is sitting next to us at the motel. Pic 4 is the passenger side steer box
  2. Welcome to the Jungle smokin Joe. Sylva. My grandparents had a house there on Mayflower. they have since passed and my mom now rents the house out. I haven't stayed there in a long time. But have passed by there 3 times back in 2011.
  3. I can't tell you how many trailers I've seen in the ditch. and they are like omg what happened. Just yesterday while looking for an Atm I saw a big motorcoach get hung up going into a gas station. Had the ass end on the ground,Big wrecker out there,5 cops it was great. I got a good chuckle. When my dad got his trailer I told him since he is using my truck. I do not want him going over 60/65. He has driven trucks but A. this is not a 1 ton, B. I don't have anti sway bars on it, and C. It is not a gooseneck trailer with better control. The truck is insured but my dad is not and don't want anything happening because he has a heavy foot. The pickup can handle it but a 16' enclosed trailer catches alot of wind broad side. Still haven't been home to see it yet. But I hear it drags it down the road with little effort
  4. I might go just for shits and giggles. Also see how long it takes him to dial me in lol
  5. Thats the damndest looking Jimmy I have seen. So odd it looks like a cornbinder
  6. I would stuff that tire in the back of the Jeep if at all possible. I think you will have 1 hell of a time getting it on the rack by yourself. Unless you go over the hood and roll it up that way lol. I know I have a hell of a time getting my spares off the ground to the top of my tires to then get it to the top of the neck of the trailer. Once I get it to the top of the tires the rest is easier.
  7. I thought it already took effect. I want it for the extra nitch. I don't plan on pulling tanks but now if I load a water wagon I will need the endorsement. Also the occaisonal brand new tank I might get that gets me home will now be a no no. It also just broadens my search parameters on loads.
  8. had an N-14 in a cornbinder. That had to be the most injector eating truck I ever drove. We did the same thing took it from a multitorque 350/435 to 460. Man did it come alive. Still couldn't touch the 425 Cat with it. Hell couldn't come anywhere near it.
  9. I had planned on letting my Hz go but had a few friends talk me into keeping it. I don't pull anything haz. I am going to get my tank though.
  10. I'll see about getting that way. Closer then Ft.Lauderdale. Thanks!!!!
  11. Close on the Engine. 15.8 liter /16 supposed to be right at 600hp but I have no clue what it actually is. Does make you feel good though when I am grossing 154k and some vans just stay behind you because they just don't quite have it to get around you in a timely matter going up the mountain. Even out west here. I may be the last one to the top but they are not getting away from me that easily and I am not pushing the truck hard. Don't see the sense in it just to get the pyro temp sky high.
  12. Yeah couldn't go myself had it all planned out then Got a great load to the west coast and couldn't turn that down
  13. I guess I'll be doing mine. I have been getting metal pieces out of mine and get alot of racket. if it is out and sitting still. Got to raise the idle up and the pedal still bumps around. I am going to finish this load and try to get closer to Fl and dh home from where ever if I can get close enough
  14. Never seen one like that. It is definatley odd looking
  15. First Welcome to the Jungle. As stated above it can have a variety of stuff. Hey Ed next time we get down to Houston we can give your boy a hard time. We get there a few times a month. Woodlands isn't to bad. Could be worse could be baytown
  16. That 67 is sharp looking. I know , I know this coming from a Pete owner
  17. Really have no experience with the electrical 2 speeds. Mine is on Air and is an Eaton
  18. I did something similar. Was dropping a lowboy to hook to another and was tired and couldn't get the kingpin pulled. left the hydraulics hooked to move the trailer and when my buddy pulled the pin I totally forgot. After nearly missing him he said the hydraulic tank shot up over the truck. oil every where. I heard the lines hit and was sick. That little fiasco cost me 1000 dollars. and I got demoted to a single axle spring ride shaker. What a rough little bastard.
