  1. That would have been a great idea, maybe next year! Ron
  2. Great pictures Vlad! Thanks for posting. I'm glad you and Ilya had a good time, it was a pleasure meeting you both. Ron
  3. Ken, you should've brought your friend to Macungie. She probably could have found a lot of "bumpers" to polish! Ron
  4. Google Horton roller bushings and download the catalog, see if they list ones for your truck. Ron
  5. Great news JT Glad you got it running. That'll put a smile on F.W.D.'s face! Ron
  6. Fugly! It is said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder....... some people definitely need glasses! Ron
  7. Looks like the manifold they used in MC's and MR's, maybe even in the MB's. Ron
  8. Sorry to hear of his passing. There are a couple of interesting videos on YouTube about the "FK", well worth watching. Go to YouTube and look up '40 FK Mack Ron

  11. There's another one of those "Martian Potato Roll Trucks"! Any thought to having "book ends" Ken? Ron
  12. Here's a copy of an article about when it was donated. I've driven a Bulldog Mack before and can't imagine driving one from Paterson N.J. to Washington D.C.!!!!!!!!!! Ron
  13. Sorry to hear this Randy, will be thinking of him! You never know. Ron
  14. Hate to agree with you David, but I believe you're right. As far as I'm concerned there's not much "Mack" left in the new Macks! Ron
  15. If memory serves me correctly, if you remove the center console top (the ashtray panel) look down and to the right and you will see an aluminum manifold. I believe the stoplight switch is mounted somewhere in that manifold. Ron
  16. Happy belated Birthday! Hope you had a great day! Ron
  17. JT I'd check for continuity between each of the terminals and the main body of the of the cylinder. If there is no continuity between either one to the body of the cylinder, which I don't think there will be, then one terminal is definitely for ground. If that be the case just put the power lead to one terminal and a good chassis ground to the other. Doesn't make any difference which one is which as long as it's insulated. Ron P.S. I enjoyed meeting you and the Mrs. at Macungie last weekend.
