  9. We had one Vinny I mentioned it on here before at some point. It was unit #245 chassis #U611T1170-------ENDT673 with a fifteen speed triplex. It was painted gold and black. I have pictures somewhere and if I ever find them I will be sure to post them. Ron
  10. Mike, I was going to mention the Mack Jr. but I don't have a good picture of it to post. It was #37. Ron
  11. ???????????? Ron
  12. Thanks Al, I kinda have a soft spot in my heart for that one myself!! Ron
  13. So putting the two thoughts together, try to find an "ED" The Mack Co. made a pick-up body for it and as Mike said it is a true Mack which in my opinion I'd much rather have anyway. They're not easy to find either but a lot easier than a Junior. i've seen them from time to time while searching on the computer, they're usually pretty rough but anything's possible! Ron
  14. BC Mack, This is an old Mack injection line that I cut and bent to to use when I used to flow time the older Macks. The older Macks used American Bosch injection pumps, first ones used a woodward hydraulic governor later ones used a mechanical governor. Ron
  15. Here's a smaller one with a black radiator shell! Ron
  16. Here's what the old Mack injection lines used to look like. They had special ends fitted to the ends of the tubing they were not flared from the tubing. The last lines I can remember getting from the Mack Co. did however, I believe, have some sort of flare formed from the tubing. This was around 2007 and the first things I said when I saw these were---how cheap can you get and these things will never work! They did work I don't know how, sure don't look like much compared to the old ones. Even though these newer ones were flared they're still not something that you can make yourself at least not that I know of ? Ron
  17. Thanks Bob, And a Happy Memorial Day to everyone! Ron
  18. That's about the truth Glenn Wasn't going to say anything but I'm glad you brought it up. The fittings on the ends of the lines aren't flared, they're separate pieces, and I think they are somehow welded to the ends of the lines. Not to mention the wall thickness of the tubing that was already stated above. Ron
  19. Ken I'd keep it even with the top of the trailer, curved tailpipe, pointed 90 degrees out to the side. Ron
  20. That's great, just goes to show, you gotta get lucky once in awhile! Ron
  21. Welcome to the group! One thing you can count on if we can't impress you with intelligence, we'll probably try to dazzle you with bullshit!! Ron
  22. Sounds like a plan Ken. Looking forward to seeing you! Ron
  23. Larry, I got the part #, have it written down over at the shop and forgot to bring it home and can't remember it. Doesn't make much difference anyway part is N.L.A. I'd seriously try to make some out of a good quality 1/4" fuel line I bet it would work. Ron
