  1. Barry quick question, Are these rubber flaps the "sta-put" heavy style? Thanks, Robert.
  2. Yep Joe had to do mine in July.
  3. John Mauros RD back in 1991 at Englishtown. He had the snap rings chromed and the center cones on the 58 rears done as well.
  4. The dreaded El Dorado seat. Drove many RD's with these hated them.
  5. That is John Mauros old truck. 300 plus with a quad. John use to work it before he bought Gennaros Autocar.
  6. Nice Paul you can't go wrong with 58's.
  7. Paul does your truck have 58 rears?
  8. Great vid. The exhaust brake is cool on the old Merc.
  9. My International when it was brand new. It is a custom built Amthor body when they were in Walden NY.
  10. The Pete is owned by Muratore from Jackson NJ. He has a fleet of Pete tri axles. Runs out of Tilcon Pompton Lakes mainly.
  11. Probably a Cummins I agree with BC. Not a 6 speed though. Probably a RT 9 speed Roadranger. Especially on Continental work. Cool vid.
  12. Oh yeah look at that! You would of never had seen it with the film rolling. Then only one of them was a quad box. This would explain when after Max started the truck and the next scene he stops at the top of the hill to look at his shot gun and takes off chirping the tires and going through the gears quick. Makes sense it was a ten or 12 speed.
  13. The Truckin Life article from a few years ago had that the driver brought up two of them. One was a two valve 676 and they were both Quadraplexes. He had to lay on the floor as tghere was no time to teach Mel. Cheers, Rob
  14. Oh yeah been there done that.
  15. My Mom was British and we would use it for the gravy. I never liked it on bread.
  16. I guess Lenny retired the B model.
  17. My father on the other 4000 I have a 63. Rob
  18. Pulled from the other thread I posted a while back. Rob
  19. The truck had a manual gate on it when my boss bought it. I have no issue with the manual gate. Less problems. Air gates on Bristol Donalds always break the linkage at some point. At least all the ones I ever drove. He wants to convert it I told him to concentrate on other things. The truck's coming along. Put the Belmor vent visors on and getting ready to set up the CB. Rob
  20. On the salt last week for the state. Rob
