  1. You don't need the hood scoop you can pipe it into the same air cleaner with piping. I did see that on a B model somewhere else.
  2. John Mauros B81 had a 300 plus in her with a quad box and Dynatard. Rob
  3. I don't know it doesn't have the big front hubs I don't think any of the departments by me have any all wheel drive trucks. Just small brush trucks. Rob
  4. Just dug out my copy of The Bulldog Breed by Bruce Honeywill Wentenhalls ran R models with 6 speed lo holes in their fleet. Rob
  5. There were a lot of two stick 6 speeds in OZ at one time and also in New Zealand. I think Fletchers or one of those fleets ran a lot of R models with 6 speeds. I have seen R models in Oz that had the ten so I don't think it was a transplant. Crank up the fuel and blow some coal with her. Rob
  6. Laurelton Fire Co in Brick with at the time brand new P&L rescue on a Spartan chassis with a 8V92 @ 500 hp. Rob
  7. I like the fan and the air shifted 2 speed very cool. Rob
  8. I like these short nose Brockways.
  9. Tom this is the truck you sold? You don't have this now right?
  10. Nice little truck it's got potential. Rob
  11. Yes very heavy and the biggest machine I will move with that trailer. A little heavier than the 214 JCB he had. It'll push you down the road. After moving the 212 JCB in the pic I had to move the 310 back to Upper Saddle River.
  12. I don't mind moving machines. I hate moving junk and when nothing works right. I'm not in the business of machine moving just for him because I do work with him and my other friend Chet his stuff is very mechanically sound so no worries there. The 10 ton tag was mainly bought for our own stuff and I also have our original 1969 Eager Beaver 9 ton too. I wish the Mack was on the road as there is no effort moving machines with her and it is a fairly short rig. The Inter is a long bastard. That's cool with the paver lowboy as then you can put machines on top of the trailer axles. In Jersey to set up a lowboy is really expensive for the registration and insurance so a lot of excavators in my area got rid of their lowboys and are just having their stuff moved when they need to. Rob
  13. Yea right. I rather move everything with the R model. Dig out of weeds this year next year cam. Well this is what happens when nobody has any equipment to move their machines around.
  14. Yes the lettering is very familiar.
  15. Well not really heavy but heavy on my patience for the aggravation this machine caused me. Moved this tonight for my friend I do work with who also owns the new 310SK. Took it from the Harriman Estate in Harriman NY to Pearson Lakes in Sloatsburg NY. Could be a nice machine but everything gets abused. Rob
  16. This is a nice truck. I would spend the money maybe not 20 grand but come up with something. That truck will last forever. Rob
  17. Looks like a Kubota loader you are using to set the cab?
  18. I think the green is bad ass with the black.
  19. Of course I'll do it at night and let it blend in with the fleet.
  20. They were but not my colors. I can't take Fred away from him. It was his father's tractor and he used to load us with top soil like 35 years ago in Franklin Lakes and he used to dress like he was Amish beard and all and take about an hour to load you. It's a good tractor old school. Rob
  21. My friend Chet's 951 in our yard. Rob
  22. Picked up my friends Ford loader from a horse farm in Blooming Grove NY. Took it back to his farm/my yard where I park in Wallkill. Rob
