    Yea I bet. We paved the NY Thruway 3 years ago and it's pretty shot already.

    I guess it's supposed to seal the cracks when you're topping existing asphalt. I wasn't digging it.

    They should do it. The asphalt ain't worth shit anymore since they took all the good stuff out of it. Your lucky if you get a couple of years out of a road.

    Oh we were paving parking lots with the fabric on top. A compamy from South Jersey comes up and shoots a heavy tack and applies the fabric. What a mess in July and not turning too sharp on it.

    Ah gotcha. They're starting to do more reclaiming down here which is new. It was mainly an upstate thing.
