It's in the BMT Wiki Support Topics section that is if you want to use it instead of taking a faded or rusted part off your unit. I noticed all that-went to Lake Barrington a while back, made it to Gary,In. and went to bed,and when I left Gary the next morning it took as long to get up to Lake Barrington as it did to get from Lynchburg to Gary. Seemed like it anyway.

He's probably laughing at us or still celebrating all week long. After the shunning he's going to come up with some kind of story as to why he hasn't posted yet. Just funning with ya Paul! I hope he is well. mike
  17. Mark, I'll say one thing....that was the BEST story i've heard....especially knowing he chose a B61 Mack to ride into eternity with. I have a story also but have not finished it cause it's too lengthy. I need an editor to help me finish it. Maybe someday. Thanks mike
  18. LMAO.....Yea Rob....I heard that. I stir up so much stuff at work agitating and agrivating that i'm too tired to get excited about anything else. LOL mike
  19. Another thing.....I would not keep using either cause it will lock the engine up. I have not used it but the ole timers have and that is what they told me. It is ok for winter use but use spairingly. Someone will shoot me down on this subject. mike
  20. Actually you can use a 5 gallon plastic can and mount it with bungy cords on your step. If you got it to run then the pump may pull fuel into the engine. Someone else may be able to explain it better than me. Oh by the way....I had my truck towed in 2009 a 20 mile rear tow, and it cost me $250.00 and State Farm rep almost died when they saw the bill. They payed $80.00 of it. Keep us posted. mike
  21. HatCity, mornin......about the holes in the steering wheel.....my thoughts last night when I was looking at it, makes me feel that someone has drilled these holes. They serve no purpose, no screws were there to loosen anything. My guess someone tried to get the wheel off or like me was looking for a better way to get the center emblem off without breaking a rubber tab that holds it on. My guess that i'll need to use a puller with 2 by 4's under the wheel or something equivilent. It amazes me how tough the old wheel is that a plastic will hold to it for this many years. mike
  22. Finally got the dang center ornament off. Yes I had to force it alittle, so I broke off one shoulder of the rubber piece. Thought it might be silicone sealer holding it down but none was present. No wiring for the electric horns. I did pour alcohol down the area to be affected thinking it would help in getting the silicone to loosen up. There was no way in knowing since the area is only a couple of thousands from the wheel. So where there were breaks in the wheel is where I took a screwdriver to hold it up so it would not keep falling down and get hungup each time I needed to get a rubber dent puller mounted to the center ornament. Anyway I got-r done. My question is....there is a large center nut and no way of putting a puller on the wheel so how do you get the wheel off in this setup? I know I can do it, just want to hear your version to see if it jives with mine. Here are the results thus far.
  23. Yea, When I first saw this truck I liked the paint scheme. This is one of my favorite trucks on this site. Thanks for showing it. I would really like to see it up close and personal so I can get idea's as to what mine should look like inside and under the hood etc, etc. Thanks mike
  24. And I thought he was talking about Pancake Syrup. That's what I get for THINKIN. mike
  25. Me and my helper are discussing this morning about every generation thus far. Seems that the generation before each thought the next generation was messed up. But I have felt my generation has messed up royally and are throwing away everything that was built greater. We are now producing even faster a throw away world. So we are throwing away the world faster and faster. And turning it over to what was and is our enemies. I'll get off my soapbox now. I feel like messing something up so i'll go for now and look for someone to aggrevate here at work. Good Day Mates mike
