I was curious as to what color should I paint my 10 speed Duplex transmission behind the 673 P engine. I do know that the P series engines were gold in color, but did the trans get the same shot as the engine in each series ? thanks mike

This country has all but spit upon the Honorable soldier and citizen. Well, I was concerned about having the Mack that I now have. I never thought I would or could have this one or any. And yes, someone once said it was like planning to have a family. If you wait you'll probably never have one. A couple of years ago, I was talkin to my neighbor, telling him about wanting a B model Mack all my life. He said to me that at least I can dream and nobody can take that away from me. So I finally made it happen. I did'nt wait to have the money because I would not have anything if I had to wait. Tom, I stand to be corrected but, you are wrong about the hyphen. If you look a little closer you will find that there definitly is another letter between the A & H........giveup..............it's an I or eye.......better look closer. You must have been slobbering heavily. mike

Adrian, How old are the diaphrams? And is it passing much oil? If not, then I would be checking the foot valve and other valves for freedom to operate. mike

First and foremost, thanks for the reply's. I like the idea of the dryer, but think like Rob does about this simple method. Yes i'll have to drive it when it's cold just to keep things lubed. One thing I have not figured out quite yet, is how to keep air in the tank for the 30/30 spring brakes if it needs to stay drained. Sorry, stupid question. done figured it out. For the spring brakes to hold the air will be exhausted thus brakes will be holding the drums........ GOT IT....LOUD & CLEAR!!!!........office work has gotten to me this week. Our Diesel Generator 60 KW almost ran out of fuel last week. The gauge showed 350 gals. I called the oil co. to fill the 500 gal. underground tank. They used a stick to make sure but filled it to the neck. After coming back from the weekend, I checked the diesel room and lo and behold the fuel had expanded from the tank cause of the extreme heat and ran the prime tank over into the floor. So I had to clean that up with absorbant, took me several days because of all the other duties in the building......just part of all the fun I do. Again Many Thanks mike

No, yaw have it all wrong. Them tires could be used for the BBQ pit. Add's alittle flavor to the meat. Rob i'm surprised ya didn't think of it while you were using your Bic. Those tires would probably last most of this summer if ya put out tha fire each time you started tha BBQ pit. mike
