Me and tha dog would have got along just fine........ I'm tha dog whisperer...... it's tha refrigerator that I would have a hard time with since it had no slab of human inside it. I would have had to revert to slab of lab instead......... lab is a little too sweet for me ....... human is better with a little tabasco. mike

I tried to keep up the batteries while you were gone but I seemed to be partial to the B instead of the others. Next time your gone give me the key to tha house and i'll take care of everything inside also. mike

Gary, If you had a filter in it previously? What about taking it to the NAPA Center and using it for duplication. I know their is a filter to replace the one you have. mike

Denny, Not being short with you, but if you scroll down on this site you will find the B- Model Registry. Click on that site and go to OldMacksRUS. You will find that it is very valuable information for any of us B-Model owners. It has been very well put together for those that have questions as you have. Use this site and if you still have questions do a repost. Most of us are up and ready for the challenge. As soon after I bought my truck, I called Tom to register my truck on the B-Model registry because it was not on the paper work. Then I was told to call the Mack Museum to let them know what the data plate number was. Things started to come together for me when they sent me my books and build sheet. But yes, their are fenders that are longer, hoods that are longer, cabs that are different, engines vary, the list goes on. I hope that I could help some. mike

Hey 220. I should have asked more. Is it the fit that is the issue? And did ya get a reply from Quiet Ride? It is possible that if it don't fit that you got another kit instead of the B Model kit you should have gotten. I know these questions seem vauge, sorry. mike

Your too young to be thinkin bout trucks. Shucks before ya know it, you'll start thinkin bout GIRLS. Then you'll get messed up fur sure. Try and stay away from anything that can and will run over you. A truck will most of the time run over you only once, but women will keep running over you day after day, year after year. Paul it's ok about the truck just kidding around. Glad ya got to enjoy the museums and such. I saw the Kenworth, looked great and the H67. I came in thursday just before noon just like I said I would. Someone was kidding with me about my red Mack cap as I walked through the gate but I was so already engrossed with the trucks I ignored the guys. I hope that was not your group. I almost forgot bobby as I wandered to the first row of trucks where the 1943 M1A1 Army wrecker was at before I went back to the gate to call bobby ( Bumblebee ). Got my first suntan of the year that day,was so dehydrated came home and drank about a gallon of water. Won't be able to go to Macungie this year cause of the garage being built we have been dragging our feet. I'll go to Lincolnton in July to party with tha mixer if all goes as planned. mike

Hi Paul, With all due respect........I know that some customers had their B's painted before they recieved them. Some businesses had them painted the color of their businesses, inside and outside. This is a possibility of the different color also. mike

Yea guys, I smelled that fish along time ago on my first job, my junior year of high school. The printing company I worked for sent the new guys out of the building to find some galley strechers. When I took off across the street to another printing company thinking very hard about what I was going to tell them, our porter stopped me and was smiling real big and said there was no such thing as a galley streacher. So I did not want the guys to feel that the joke had been a failure for them. I proceeded across the street anyway and just went inside and sat down in their lobby and talked to the beautiful recepionist. So my excursion was not a bad one after all. What was funny about the whole thing was someone at the company had to finally come and get me. So the company lost time on two people and me.....well I made friends with a wonderful woman that day. mike

Hi Glen, I was just guessing good. I have only been looking around and spotted it this past weekend. Can I use something in a 10 weight oil or steering fluid? I probably need something that won't cause rubber to swell or anything that will deterorate this unit. I been staying clear of that expensive commodity ( BINKER FUILD ) it's like trying to get a date with Rob's daughter. mike

Question........on the B61 Model what is the apperatus beside the air governor on the firewall that is larger and has a valve that can be turned by a tee handle? I'm thinking this is another reason why my shutters will not close, but not 100% Thank You mike
