  1. LOL.....I would be afraid that I would wake up the next morning with vaseoline on my bottom, wondering where that came from. mike
  2. Funny.......both of you have the best answer so far. Ken, one of the truckers was a women, she was driving a green and yellow Mack Pinnacle. She was taking a load of food to the east coast while hurricane Sandy was making it's way up the east coast. One of the guy's was delivering wide loads of farm tractors into Canada. mike
  3. Several truckers are on TWC at this time CDT. They are trying to get each of their loads on time to their destinations. I'm watching it now. It has kept my interest for several hours. mike
  4. I'm sorry for the misfortune. I hope you can find a buyer soon. mike
  5. Tell randyp that he's missed on BMT and have a good birthday. mike
  6. Thomas someone may want to buy it someday from you or keep as a spare. I don't pitch anything. Seems these parts are like finding a dinosaur bone. I'm glad you got the pump with a warranty. mike
  7. Where are the likes? Have I ran out or someone else borrowing them? mike
  8. I'm still waiting for Intermission. Seems like a long movie, got to go take a wiz. Maybe I should go to the concession stand and get some popcorn with coke and wait for the main movie. " Tom Takes the Winfall Wimmins All By Himself " mike
  9. Nice looking INT. the paint is a good color and I don't believe i've seen one of those dump beds around my area. mike
  10. Thomas, Those water pumps can be rebuilt. It's just a pressed in bearing that you will need. If the housing is not destroyed then you may want to reconsider looking into your local bearing shop to set you up on this matter. These really are a simple unit. mike
  11. Hey Vinny, why did you not send stev to Doug? mike

    Hello

Jeroen, First thing all of the engines on startup smoke a little, that is considered normal. Second if you have little experience with the pumps you need a manual before diving into a precision instrument. A manual can be obtained on eBay. I would only suggest this or find someone that has years of experience. Welcome and best regards mike
  13. White is a favorite of mine, especially pearl white with gold leaf letters. mike
  14. Can we have a first name so I can put him on the prayer list at work? He certainly will be prayed for and family also. My regards mike
  15. Hey now since uncle Rob has not checked in on his favorite nephew Vinny has broke the rules and Olivetroad needs to hear of this. I can send some soap if someone can apply it. mike
  16. Matt, how do you keep up with all of those trucks and parts? I do well if I can keep up with my glasses. Nice collection, hope you can finish those also. mike
  17. I'm glad all of you guys had a good time. Too bad we Tennessee Boys could not be there cause we would have Rocked Tha House. I know how it is......wished the show could go on for more days and good weather. I'll try to make it when I retire in a few years. Be Forewarned. mike
  18. You can say that again. mike
  19. I believe that most of these trucks had handles missing, mine was no exception. I recall ajt finished his vent windows with new handles. You might send him a pm and get his advise. Seems that I recall him using a machine shop to make new studs to mount the handles. I used a local custom car shop and they knew just what I needed but it took them 6 months and they did nothing. I went and picked them up and will never send them a customer. mike
  20. Too bad the makers of antifreeze can't make it not leave a stain. What I mean is, make it where it does not leave the paint a dull finish as to where ever it runs. mike
  21. Yes good luck on your project. I'm sure it will look great when you get the Liner finished. Keep us posted as you go along with photos. mike
  22. Yea have missed seeing you post, hurry back when you get settled. Sorry to hear of your downfalls. Hope things get better soon. Your B looks good. mike
  23. Those heads have to come off sometime to get those gaskets on. This is the sure way to know since the early heads had 18 studs and the later heads had 20. 20 studs and 2 sizes on the corners were bigger 3/4 studs. mike
  24. I found a 7 lb. cap at NAPA truck center couple of years ago that look as close as I could find to mine and used that. mike
  25. I'm with ya on this. My engine does have the 4 bolts on top where the upper hose goes in to the maniflod. But I could not pry off the lid after taking the bolts off. It looks like a machine finish and cannot come off. That statement is true as to what you heard by not having the bolts no thermostat. My book shows a thermostat with the END673 engines but don't know if it ment all 673's or not. mike
