This may sound strange to you, but have you thought of using Turbo Blue Racing fuel? It still has lead for the JD if it is gas ( I'm assuming ). If you are not going to drive it to Disney World in Florida then it will serve you well and have the power you used to remember and smell. Ok yes the cost is high but you have the best of the best equipment, so why not use it? Go for it! mike

Rowdy you are scaring me cause your weekend sounds like all of my days each week. Something tells me that i'm getting old or lazy or both. I got so much to do that I cannot begin to tell it. All i've wanted to do lately is go bike riding. I've done that several times this past week, at night mostly. I've been riding up near the Kentucky border and the barns are smoking from the tobacco being smoke cured. I enjoy smelling it as I pass by the farms. It really hangs low in the valleys. Funny thing happened several years ago me and the g/f went flying early september and passed over a barn that she noticed smoking, LOL and she thought it was on fire. I still tease her about that flight. I've been wanting to go camping for probably 6 years now. Bought a new dome tent that will sleep 6. I wanted a tent that you can standup in and has a room divider, so I got it and have had no time to go. This is the only time of year when I like to go because it is cooler. mike

Hey AJ, that looks like a great job. And by finding a decent spot of paint on your engine is the best way to go. I can post the codes if anyone is interested. And it is enamel engine paint of this color. mike

I'm lost for words when saying it is a beautiful truck. I know for sure I would have enjoyed seeing it in the daylight and talked to the driver. I was hooked on B Models since I was 4 or 5 and it was a neighbor truck driver that drove for Pulaski Hiway Express in Tennessee that allowed me to sit in his rig back in the late 50's. I'm glad I can be a part of the Revolution of Mack people. And I hope I can find pistons so I can finish this Mack in it's original configuation. Live On Mack! mike
