  1. I'm thinking a deserted island out in the Pacific Ocean would be a decent home for many of these people and all of the convicts also. With a one way ticket only. mike
  2. Hey randyp.......I kind of like ole cousin Bob. He sounds like he could cause problems for you know who. mike
  3. It is still too many days for me, for him to be in the Whitehouse. Then we get to pay his salary for the next too many years. Just think of the presidents that are still in there and we all are paying their salaries. mike
  4. Looks like a nice find. Hope you get it home and make a good truck out of it. mike
  5. That is still a good saying. True enough. I've heard the same over the years. mike

  11. Would it be impossible to get a new cam for the END 673P engine I have or will I have to get a shop to build it up for me? I have had cranks turned but have never had a cam built up by a machine shop. Is it possible to do so with the old cam back to original specs? Thank You mike

    Damned Monday:

Rob,........are you sure that it didn't hurt your neck, and need to go to the hospital tomorrow? Usually by the next day is the worst. You really don't look so good. You are lookin very white and faint. I'm sure momma will be glad to run you a hot bath and give it some attention later tonight. Sorry to hear crusty is bone yard material now. mike
  13. I've never seen such a truck. Seeing this one with Jo standing beside it. I would have thought the driver had to stand up to drive ,since it looks so tall. Just when I thought I had seen everything. It seems to me most of the shows today are Petes and KW's. mike
  14. Nice lookin Mack. Glad you saved another one. Bumper is an easy fix. mike
  15. So I hope we can say " another Mack saved " from the boneyard. mike
  16. Now I see it is a rail dragster. Just wonder what speeds randyp got with that one?I guess he would scrape the others doors off. mike

  22. That would have been my guess also. I believe the last B Model was built in 1966. mike
  23. The Mack Museum is open today and ready for your call. Phone # 610-351-8999 Mr. Tom Lobtzbgier is very helpful and is the Archivist. Mr. Don Schumaker is the Curator of the Museum and Rose is the nice lady that answers the phone and is on the ball and answers all the calls. Hope this gets your questions taken care of. Regards mike
  24. Mark, those trucks are absolutly tuff looking to me. I looked one up on a web-site and found a 1942 M20 Diamond T. It looked like a german design with longer hood, bigger and taller from the ground. Doors were shorter and an open cab. Dad's outfit pulled the big 155's and 240's Artillery around. Just this past weekend, I was going through some papers in the old house and found where dads outfit was the 87th Armored Battalion, 272nd Artilery Company A. It was his old discharge papers. I felt very honored to have him as a father. Thanks for showing this. mike
  25. Mannnnnn, that would make a great street rod. I could see a Mountain Motor inside the frame. I bet randyp will jump at this project and have weekends at the local speedway. mike
