  1. Very nice looking unit i'd say. Welcome to BMT! mike
  2. I should probably search for a 1942 or 43 Military Diamond T and see what it looked like. See if it was bigger and bolder than the road tractors. mike
  3. Hatcity, as long as she lights it up........it don't matter how it gets smoked per Bill C. mike
  4. Seemed she liked Cigars better than dresses. If my memory serves me right. mike
  5. Ok, I believe I got it now. mike
  6. So in other words their was never a Diamond Reo, only a Reo? This is some very good info....thanks Tom. mike
  7. It might have the original dust and dirt on it. So it may be a good idea to keep it like it is. I've been to shows that the officials liked overspray on everything and they won the trophies, called home cooking. That happened to our club in Memphis, TN back in the early eighties. We never returned. mike
  8. David, That was exactly what I was thinking. They have many MOA's (Military Operation Area) in his area that keep them busy and also Obama has been very active, Campaining in and around Rob's hometown. Rob has gotten the chance to introduced himself as his greatest supporter. mike
  9. Just thought of a question that has never occured to me until now. What is the differance of the Diamond Reo's and the Diamond T's? I recall my dad saying to me that the WW2 outfit he was in had Diamond T's pulling the heavy equipment. mike
  10. Tom, I have not seen that International at any events here in Nashville. It looks like a nice daily driver. I read somewhere last week that you were headed to Bill Clinton Country. Was Hillary very accommodating to you? I use to drive the Nashville to Oklahoma City trip and hated the highway from Little Rock to Fort Smith because it was so rough. It is like going over a wash board. While he was Governor of the state, you would have thought he could have had that section of highway fixed. I would guess where the funds went. mike
  11. LMAO.........Now that is funny. I just wonder what the waitresses wipe up the spills with? mike
  12. How true, the Mack Museum also takes lots of time to research your truck information, so they are a non profit organization and use donations to stay operating. They are an excellant resource for any Mack truck owner and operator. mike
  13. Welcome to the BMT site. Looks like you have found a special MACK. Help is on the way. Good Luck! mike
  14. Now isn't that special? Mark, did Tom have his grill open and grill some Chee-Buger, Chee-Buger for tha kiddies?.........nice photo's Tom. Too bad I could not raid the event. We would have had a blast. mike
  15. Welcome Kevin, As for the 12 volt starter. You can use a 12 volt if you have changed out and omitted the series paralell switch from under the seat. And you can find a thread on this site talking about these questions in the electrical section. A heavy duty truck electrical company can help you find the starter like a Delco M42 etc. is one of the examples. On the END 673 engines, the oil pressure line goes to the pressure block on the drivers side of the engine block. This is under the big oil filter where the oil lines enter the block. Someone else will soon try and steer you in the direction you will want to go. The WIKI SECTION on this site will further help you if you need it. Hope I helped some. mike
  16. Saw what looked like International K-B and Whites, A few Diamond Reo's. It was nice to see one of those films again. We use to watch them in elementary school, often, back in the 50's. mike
  17. I do it all the time. And I thought it was the only way. Don't know anyother way to do it. Dang-it......looks like i'll have to relearn everything I know again. mike
  18. Glenn means it when he speaks of this absolute necessary item to check. mike
  19. Rob, He is wanting a small show and not a BIG SHOW. mike
  20. Not necessarily, Try the pump first, get it running and injectors will be another mattter later. mike
  21. Hello, I would reweld it as is and not take it off the truck. Makes the job easier. mike
  22. Alex, Might check the tanks as well, to see if rust is present and or moisture. It is like Matt said kerosene is good to use. It has always been a good chemical to use. mike
  23. Name: TugBoat Date Added: Owner: Mike Mike
  24. Quite a bit. For starters, Cabs, gas or diesel engines, axles, rearends, and colors. I believe the web-site to check it out is www.oldmacksrus.com Hope this helps some. mike
