  1. Looks sweet.....sorry to hear of the negative side of the situation. Happens too often. What part of the territory are you residing in? If you can make it, try and come to the Cookeville Truck Show this coming weekend of the 24th. I will be their about 11:00 a.m. Saturday. Some will leave their trucks friday with overnight guard protection. Also a Big Welcome to BMT, hope ya enjoy the BS here. Just be sure to join in anytime. mike
  2. Hey now........that's asking alittle too much if ya want parts on time. I don't know of anyone getting that luxury. I was also thinking a strength test to go along with all that with anyones parts today, since they are all Made in $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.01 mike
  3. rhasler I believe that when ya get up to 2,000 posts, ya get to wine and dine with Barry. Then you start getting 25% off of every parts order if ya buy $10,000 worth of parts before Christmas 2011. So hurry and get posting on BMT. Good Luck I hope your the WINNER! mike
  4. I guess the ole boy does not know how much pain and grief you've had with it, until he gets the bill. Then he'll feel the pain in the wallet and the butt. mike
  5. I would wonder if he had a noisey belt to alarm him of the alternator shaking? mike
  6. Yea,.......does anyone recall tha post on here a few years back, showing a flatbed burned to tha ground because tha guy threw the strap across tha powerlines ? I'd say flatbed life was not so good for him. mike
  7. Barry, Does it have to be truck related material for the PlayBoy Calendar? mike
  8. Very nice truck. Looks like it just rolled off tha show room floor. mike
  9. Hi Larry........I just wanted to throw my worthless wooden nickle in about the subject. I cannot find a worthwhile reason to use any kind of liquid balance in any tire, except mybe a tractor. It seems to me that anytime you put liquid inside a tire, it will take time but will finally brake down the rubber and make it soften up where it sits for some time. And most of our hobby trucks sit more than not. Hope all is well with you. mike
  10. Sounds good, the sauce Otherdog makes will sure have your sinuses flowing like a river. I guard the fridge and use it sparingly. We have a BBQ place here that is called Famous Daves that has very good sauces. I just don't get over to that side of town very often anymore. mike

We know better. Its all from personal experience. Question is, did you drink the rest, or use it to cook with? mike

  13. Hey, Hey,..........that's my stick your lickin. mike

    Crabs

Sounds like he needs a fire lit under his butt. Thad take care dem crabs. Tell him to stop sittin on tha grill. I've heard Germtrol will take care of it. Hey Tom........went to the local Kroger store lookin for some of tha Bone Sucking Sauce you keep talkin bout and cannot find it. The H G Hill Store does not carry it either. Maybe the Publics Store has it? I'll try it next time. Came home last night with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and grilled out. Enjoyed some burgers with it on top. I had rather put the ingredients inside the meat before cookin first, but the g/f was in charge of it, so I stayed out of tha way. mike
  16. They are on the steer of my B Model and was told that they are, price wise, fairly reasonable. I'm like you on USA made products, but these were on my B Model when I purchased it. I promise to not tell any of your friends if you do buy a set. SCOUTS HONOR. mike
  17. That is a nice lookin UNIT. Looks like tha garage space has finally gotten too full with no room to walk around. Tom does know everything. He just likes to test you, to see if you are still in tha game. mike

    JOB SPEECH

Joe, you can say that again. I'm so sick of all this s t. I've got to turn the TV off more often. Honestly, I've done away with TV at my house. The g/f listens to the crap.
  19. Doggoneit, Again I wus rong bout Spot. I figurd he'd be laying round da pool, sunglasses on smokin expensive big daddy cigars, sippin on mint julieps and talkin nasty to da women, also pantin and fartin in tha suthen tone. mike
  20. Just wondered if ya can use a center punch to keep them from moving? If not then it's Miller Time. mike
  21. Rob, What happened to your appetite? Has tha Roadkill Cafe gone broke? mike
  22. How old is your grandson randp? Sure good to see him handleing that gun for a good cause. My dad bought me Savage 22/410 over and under when I was 14. I had more practice with a 22 rifle than anything else. Anyway, we had been hunting, dad was tired and ready to go home. As we were walking back to the truck, we were walking next to a large pond, when a bird was flying fast around, making this noise in each dive. Dad said, try and hit that bird. I tried to aim and fired, and down went the bird with the 410. If you guessed it was a batt, you were right. Oh yea, dad said that I bet ya could not do that again. I did not try after that since I scared everything away. Glad to see ya spending those valuable moments with him like my dad had done for me back then. mike
  23. Man it sounds terrible. I pray the rains we are now getting can scoot on over to your state. I know ya have had a rough summer out there. I have kin folks in Sherwood, Tx outside of San Antone but have heard nothing. Stay safe! mike
  24. Welcome to the BMT site. Sounds like you have your job cut out for ya, building on the truck. I'm trying to do the same with mine and have done nothing the whole blame summer. Oh yea , me and the g/f came to NH in 2006 and flew into Manchester Airport, rented a car with GPS. Drove over to Portsmouth, NH and stayed several nights at "Wentworth By The Sea" it was a beautiful place, like no other place I've ever stayed before. Then drove to Portland, Maine for two nights so we could enjoy a trip on the ocean sailing, on one of the Windjammer vessels. I would like to come back and visit, I think it was called White Mountain Rail Road, a cog type of engine. Anyway maybe someday, i'll get to eat the great lobster again. Good luck on your project steven. mike
  25. I would start crying if I had to ride that one on the left all day and would land in the hospital. The one on the right is more my speed now and glad of it. I'm sure I would come out of the cab smileing alot more. Relieved! mike
