  1. I am going to remove my passenger side fuel tank to repair and paint the straps. Does any one know the size and threads on the tank isolation outlet so I can plug the line?
  2. Doesn't that yellow H on the calendar belong to Mr. Beauchamp?
  3. Kevin, if someone answers it, it will show up just like this answer to your question.
  4. The statement about a Class A CDL is not true in all states if you are NOT commercial, regardless of weight being hauled.
  5. What were the prices on the painted straps? I think the dealer told me mine would cost $248 each for my MH tanks that hold about 115 gallons each.
  6. That's a nice picture but I am disappointed there was no story about turning around in the snow or driving on the ice. Could you make up something for us? with pictures?
  7. In picture number 1, it looks like your heater inlet and outlet valves are visible. You replaced one of them but don't mention the other one. You need to verify both are full open-that is counter clock wise.
  8. Here is a smaller version of the picture I took for Bob.
  9. Looks good Mike. Do you have any plans for it? Work it and stop looking for another Superliner?
  10. Bob, my friend told me he got this logo off his model trailer and it is the gray background. I thought I had a picture of Fred Craig's trailer but I cannot find it.
  11. Here is a White 3000 with the logo off a Mason-Dixon trailer. He told me they were different on the truck-they said Mason-Dixon---Kingsport, TN. I will send you a PM with his phone number. He has a B 67 model with a trailer and he took the trailer to a sign shop in Fairfax, VA and they made the magnetic logo for him. I might be able to get you a close up late this week.
  12. Ken, if it was built in late 91 and titled in 92 it is one of 16-almost twice as rare and valuable. Fred
  13. Here is a copy of the MH production records I received from the Mack Museum. Like I posted previously, they are a great asset to Mack trucks. I hope it is legible. EDIT: See the note that no domestic MHs were produced after Jan. 1994.
  14. I recently put this set of red ones on my MH. They were less than $28 for the pair.
  15. Tom, I think it looks good. The spelling and grammar is correct as far as I know. It looks professionally done.

  18. No, it is a 2 toned blue-soomething like dark royal and an ocean blue. I intended to post that it was previously owned by Doug Fetterly but forgot.
  19. I made the 400+ mile round trip to Colfax on Saturday in my car and it was worth while. About noon an MH rolls in and I am attracted to that like I am metal and it is a huge magnet. After about a minute talking to the owner I realize he is on BMT. He explains he just bought the truck on Friday and is taking it back to Wyoming. It is Rifleman who I have sent a couple of messages to and he had posted he bought an MH in NC and was looking for transportation back to Wyoming. He had drived in with his Dodge pickup and gooseneck trailer to get it back. It was very good to meet him and Jesse (his dog). I took a picture but he said he will post pictures and a story when he getss back. It is a small world these days.
  20. I emailed them my VIN and in about 3 hours I had a 7 page build sheet in an email. There is a backlog on hard copy materials. Here is their email address: mack.museum@macktrucks.com
  21. I was also impressed with their very good service. It is great that they have the information and can get it to you in a timely manner. Don't forget to send a donation so they will be there the next time you need info.
  22. Here is the one Glenn pictured: http://www.roadranger.com/ecm/groups/public/@pub/@eaton/@roadranger/documents/content/ct_062746.swf EDIT: A link shows until you hit post and then it disappears. Apparently that is what happened to Glenn also. http://www.roadranger.com/ecm/groups/public/@pub/@eaton/@roadranger/documents/content/ct_062746.swf
