  1. it's the 1959 B613T. red frame, green cab, and black fenders and bumper. it's the truck that's in my avatar
  2. i'd love to go to your place for a vacation mike. i'd never wanna leave haha
  3. My father painted the fenders on Matt's B613T the week before Macungie. also that truck in the barn with "32" on the cow catcher was painted 29 years ago by my father. a lot of history down there. My great grandfather bought half those trucks new from Utica Mack. and every truck down there has a story behind it. Just too many projects and not enough time or $$$$$$
  4. happy to see my brothers truck make it down there this year. great pictures. and i'm proud to say we've used that particular truck more than once to bring a few B's home
  5. don't worry vinny, once i seen that superdog it gave me a chubby too.
  6. it said on the sign that the truck was originally a glider. and like matt said if you looked at the sign in front of the truck when it goes down through the specs of it next to engine it said "Hagerstown Special"
  7. worst part of the cab is the rot on the a-pillar I noticed. rest of it doesn't look that bad. nice truck
  8. I think if that is the case i'd start looking for a 237. pretty straight forward swap. Maddog has more info
  9. if i was a betting man i'd say that neither of them have and carpet haha
  10. so a B72 would've had the same nose as a B73 or B75 just with a 707 gas i'm assuming?
  11. shouldn't this of had a 707 Gas job in it?
  12. i see the master mechanic is on the job
  13. Those Convoy models go for big much more than i'd pay. whoever did the sidewinder convoy clone did a nice job on it. pretty neat to see a sleeper on a u
  14. when i was growing up i was surrounded by B42 gutless wonder Mack trucks. I was about seven years old sitting in my grandfathers lap stearing a B42 around the yard that made him an honest living for many years. I felt like a king. your not gonna get that driving some truck that's buillt out of everbody elses parts. i had a good friend who is still to this day a die hard PACCAR truck lover. I told him Mack is the only purebreed truck on the road. he said to me what's a Pete then? I told him it was a f***** over army truck with a pretty set of frame rails and cab. sorry done with my rant. there's only one purebread truck on the road. why do you think when you open up a truck trader there still advertising 40 year old MACK trucks for sale but out of all the other major brands none of them are older than 15????????
  15. boy, good pics but i'd love to see a few still shots. might be a beauty or it could be a bondoed up wrecker. looks good in the pics ya got of her but some still shots would do us all justice. we love pics. could be a diamond in the rough. more pics please lol
  16. CSA points? now i'm lost
  17. i seen that too. the hood looks taller in the front almost like a U700 with a Detroit.
  18. so this means i still get to be myself??? hahaha
  19. i would never think of such a sin. haha
  20. I just noticed that under my post count in my avatar it says i have 0 warning points? what's this about? was i bad and somebody forgot to tell me?
  21. i wonder what his EGT's are? i could light a dutchmaster off his header haha. i just googled "Buckeye Bulldog" and there is a whole link on wiki about it. here's another think with J.R. Collins personal site http://en.wikipedia....Buckeye_Bulldog http://www.buckeyebulldog.com/
  22. I know i've seen a lot of guys using Dupli-Color Engine Enemal Detroit Diesel Alpine Green. It's pretty damn close to the original Mack green on the Thermodyne engines.
  23. no vin on the right frame rail in front of the spring hanger? might be a couple layers of paint and grease covering it up. if nothing there it could of had the rail replaced at one time. seen a few trucks with no vin on the frame
