  1. If you pick them up before they get run over you don't need sauce. I like 'em better that way cause the natural juice isn't sqeezed out!
  2. I just finished mowing the yard and hear a big rig coming down my street. I live in a dead end allotment so this is not normal. I saw that Mack and knew who it was.
  3. Where abouts in Canada? I have fished at Rice Lake over the years. Welcome...
  4. That would be them! They also have a bunch of trucks for sale, that's where these were.
  5. Part number I have is 11410.
  6. Saw these and couldn't resist Nice row of workers New tow rig anyone? This monster is too cool
  7. Roughly what diameter is this tube? Could this possibly be for a temp sending unit or part of the pump recirculating circuit since it is a fire truck? My A has a box mounted to the front of the engine that is inline with the upper hose on the radiator. It was part of the cooler circuit for the truck engine. If the engine became hot this would use pump water to help cool it down. Just a thought since fire trucks can have bizzare additions.
  8. Permission granted. Don't forget to face astern and salute.
  9. I see that today is showing to be Speed's birthday. Happy day to you my friend!
  10. Steps? I hope there aren't many steps as I have bad knees. Is there a ramp nearby?
  11. Want a good story about them bleeders then look in brakes and find my posting about those bleeder screws. I had the concerns that you ran into. My out was going to take them to a machine shop and have them drilled and retapped. Seemed to be a good alternative for me financially. NAPA had in stock enough bleeders for me to replace all 8. I got lucky as none of mine broke but I got really nervous. Only stripped the heads on 3 of them.
  12. The back of my Leece-Neville has 3 AC posts. Does that help?
  13. I hope that the man who owns the dump was the one making that decision. WTF is an understatement. Lets see ; 1) Complete tailgate 2) Two rear body pockets 3) Two reciever blocks 4) Gate linkage 5) The unseen damage to the inside especially at the hoist doghouse area. WHY didn't they get a piece of chain and pull that Louisville with the dozer? "Hey boss I got the truck stuck today" "Did you get it out?" "Yep they helped!"
  14. Apparantly scrain means having a hood of the wrong color!!!!!
  15. Rob, can ya gits me a jenerater that'll keep my lites on durin the power outin in the wintur munths? Dat wuuld be grate uf you!! I can git ya about 10 dollurs now an anuther 10 in a munth or so.
  16. Do you guys always have to rub it in about your speed and power!!!
  17. Fred, are you trying to catch up to Rob in the "What did I get myself into?" competition!!!!
  18. Here's a scenario; "Hey Sharon if you want to keep your job with Mack you have to transfer from PA to the new world headquarters". So now she is unhappy everyday and probably tired of hearing complaints knowing that volvo doesn't care. She may have been a proud Mack employee and is now a shell of her former self. When the highest level management only answers to shareholders, the attitude reflects to the employees directly around them. This is only my impression based on my expierience seeing friends go through this.
  19. I may be here and maybe not. Found out that my mom is seperating from her husband and is also moving this weekend. I will NOT anger mommy!
  20. Sorry Farmer but I once again am unable to attend the show this year. We are going to work around the house this weekend. If you are out and want to drop in and see us feel free to.
  21. 12. Drove out the brake caliper pins on Ford Super Duty. 13. U-joints out. 14. Break loose the large screws holding brake drums on old Dodge trucks ('40 era). Put the chisel tip in the slot, quick burst, and they come out easier. 15. Annoy co-workers
  22. I am still up in the air about Dover. Wife wants to go to a friends party and I want to go to Dover. If I attend I will have Faith there and will probably be up on the hill on the left past the grandstand. I like that spot because I can park the truck and set the tent right there.
  23. Those tires are designed for the one purpose, delivery. I also have seen people that put them a trailer thinking that "They held up a house" and learned that longevity isn't in the design.
  24. If it isn't 12v you should consider changing to 12 as things in life are much easier.
