There was a set up like that on a 1960 GMC 370 I scrapped out a couple of years ago. Probably should have kept it,but I didn't have anything that needed a tag axle,and a couple of pulleys were missing. My Uncle used to use those a lot up on the farm. He got pretty good at throwing the belts on and removing 'em,the belts were kinda spendy and made the trucks use more gas going to town,so he didn't much like using them except in the fields where they were much needed.
