Is there anyone out there that knows where I can get a fuel pump for the EN540 engine or even parts to rebuild it? If I dont start the truck at least every couple of days it seems like the gas syphones back down to the tank, and I have to reprime system. Any kind of help would be great.

The problem you explain sounds more like carburation than fuel pump related. It sounds like the float bowl is draining. If it is Zenith carb, the two brass screws/caps in the lower part of the float bowl could be leaking.

I do not have a copy of that book.  Does it have information on the EN540?  If so, can you post it?
