Job Interview

Double L

Recommended Posts

I slept good for a change and had the best sleep I've had in a long time and I didn't even struggle to get out of bed. I knew I would sleep good when I woke up twice which told me I was sleeping pretty lightly. I got up at 4 this morning and I realize getting up at 4 every morning maybe too early but then again that isn't a bad thing.

Would help if I gave y'all some details huh.

I'll be working from 8am-2pm M-F so that means I got to get up at 4am everyday and get ready and leave by 6 at least and deal with traffic. I'll be doing some clerical work and I'll be brokering freight for both LTL and truckload since this company does both but the LTL is a separate carrier itself. I may have actually found me a career. :thumb:

How much of a commute? Be sure to buy a Toyota Prius to reduce your carbon footprint.

It's about a 20 minute drive but with the traffic in the mornings on 270 it may turn into an hour drive. If I buy a new vehicle and I may do that, I plan on buying a Ford F150.

Amen and I'm not complaining, the job offer actually fell right into my lap.

I had a girl friend one time who said jobs were always falling in her lap, found out she was a prostitute so i let her go,,,only visited her once a week after that (and stopped kissing her) randy

Ahhhh, that dripping and dribbling thing ran you off didn't it? Come on now, you can be honest with us. They make shots for that you know. If you'd have exercised greater patience you would have had quite the story to tell your grandkids. Think of the opportunity you have forgone.

I had a great time in Quincy today! For being as "big" as they are Gully is truly a class act! The hospitality was great!

great, and congratulations on your newfound career in the truckin' binness.

Producer of poorly photo-chopped pictures since 1999.
