On our 07 CTP713 we had an o-ring blow on the lower steel line going to the Rad.Rep;aced and drove about 50 miles

Anti freeze started gushing out behind water pump.Mechanic took apart and found an o-ring (one of many back there)

that was swelled up to twice its normal size.Put back together and then checked the anti-freeze and found diesel fuel in the anti-freeze.Anybody have any ideas how it got there?Appreciate any help.

I don't know that engine but you could have defective "O" rings on the unit injectors. A lot of times they sit in a water jacket for cooling.

yep another bad idea for emission engines. lets put the injectors in a jacket that has water and if the injector cups or orings fail you will mix water and diesel... not to mention 1 electronic injector will cost the same as 6 mechanical injectors do.

MMost likely from the injector cups (that the injectors sit in). They are sealed with an o-ring at the top of the cup & swaged into the head at the bottom. The cups have been something of a weak spot. I would suggest having a dealership check it out. It is an in depth repair requiring special tools and may still covered by your warranty.
