Bigger Motor Swap But Less Power

I swap out a '99 e7 427 and put in '99 e7 460hp. I'm running it with my stock 427 computer and turbo. Am I doing something wrong that I feel less power from my 460 motor. Any advice to help me fix this

The 427 was a hell of an engine. By comparison, most 460's are a dissapointment, at least, that's been mu experience. But getting the proper software for the hardware won't hurt. (may not help much, either)

Thanks for the info. Would my local Mack be able to do that? But I bet it would be expensive right. I do have the 460 computer but I've tried it and engine won't start plus it looks little bit up. Where can I have that one checked or fixed so I can just swap.
