hey guys

I have a 2009 AI-400 engine in a mack Granite i am looking for the engine password so I can access the engine shut down timer to turn it off . I am using Vcadspro software to access the ECM when i change the value and go to save or update the ecm it is asking me for password any help would be appreciated

It's asking for a fleet or owner's password. Try clicking the "OK" button on the password window and see if it will go through. It may come back up again, do the same thing and see if it will program the parameters, if not a dealership will need to reprogram the ECU datafiles to remove the password.
